So many issues can be solved by mediation and don't need to be taken to the Court if proper changes are made in the law..."

Harris County Civil Court Judge Nathan Milliron filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last May, according to KPRC 2. According to court records, Milliron's case was dismissed in June 2025 after he failed to comply with required filings. He reportedly had nearly $70,000 in debt, owing $30,000 to Amex and other balances to Chase, Discover, and Bank of America. "When a bankruptcy case is dismissed in federal court, the debtor is still legally responsible for their debts," KPRC 2 reported.
