Because in Islamic theology, the act means different things depending on who does it. Allah swearing by creation is interpreted as Him magnifying His signs or His creation or drawing attention to them. Humans swearing by creation wouldn’t make sense as it is elevating created things improperly. Since everything belongs to Allah, He has authority over it. When God swears by creation, He is not worshipping it or putting it above Himself. He owns it, created it, and uses it as a sign: “Look at this thing I made, it points to My power.” Basic stuff, just stick to defending christianity, Mikey. You’re terrible on the offence side of things.

Allah swearing by creation is not “Allah committing shirk.” Shirk means treating creation as sharing in divinity. But the Quranic oaths do the opposite: they use creation as ayat(verses) pointing back to the Creator.
