The Islamic Republic’s regional network is taking losses across the Middle East. IRGC-backed Houthis are losing territory in Yemen, Hezbollah is under mounting pressure in Lebanon, Hamas remains underground, and Assad’s regime has fallen in Syria. Now, IRGC personnel reportedly sent to support the Houthis have been killed by Yemeni forces backed by Saudi Arabia. The regime’s regional empire is collapsing.

🚨 Iran's repressive forces are still gripped by paranoia and fear - fearing Israeli checkpoint strikes even during a ceasefire. This is what the Islamic Republic's security forces look like now - a motorist asking for directions has them fearing their location is being exposed. Just months ago, precision Israeli strikes targeted Basij and IRGC checkpoints across Tehran, the same forces used for arrests and internal repression. Positions were hit using real-time intelligence and Iranians on the ground exposing terror locations, causing significant IRGC casualties. Even as a limited campaign, it was highly effective and shattered their sense of safety. ⚪️ Checkpoints were abandoned or left unmanned ⚪️ Personnel hid in tunnels, under bridges, even inside civilian buildings ⚪️ Commanders had to order forces not to flee That fear never went away. Even during a ceasefire, they’re still grappling with that paranoia. Despite the limited scope of Israeli strikes, the psychological impact remains, and they assume anyone could be tracking them. A basic civilian interaction now triggers suspicion and anxiety. They used to control the streets, massacre Iranians, and repress without consequence; now they’re worried that being seen means being targeted.

🚨 A notorious regime police compound has been destroyed. Police Station 108 Navab in Tehran has reportedly been leveled in today’s strikes. The site functioned not only as a police station but also as a Basij-linked security base, where regime forces had reportedly fired on civilians from inside the building and from the rooftop during crackdowns. The video shows protesters throwing Molotov cocktails at this same police station.

The IDF has released new footage showing drones striking IRGC checkpoints across Tehran, targeting posts set up to control the streets and prevent a potential uprising. Multiple IRGC members, including senior officers, are reportedly among those eliminated. Meanwhile, the Islamic Republic state media appears to be addressing the nation with an empty chair standing in for the Supreme Leader.

🚨 A drive-by shooting targeting a purported Basij member has surfaced in a newly circulating video from Iran. As internet access slowly returns across parts of the country, the footage reportedly shows armed anti-regime militants opening fire on a man outside a supermarket before chasing him inside and fleeing the scene. It is widely believed that armed grassroots anti-regime movements have begun forming inside Iran to confront the regime’s brutality.

The Islamic Republic is preparing for another nationwide uprising, and its own internal assessments suggest the regime is increasingly concerned about whether its security forces can contain it. Economic pressure, rising fuel prices and deteriorating living conditions are only part of the problem. The regime must also consider whether members of the Basij and IRGC will continue carrying out orders as pressure on the system intensifies. That helps explain the regime’s reliance on foreign proxies. For the Islamic Republic, Iraqi, Afghan and Pakistani fighters serve both as tools for projecting power abroad and as a potential insurance policy against losing control at home.

The campaign against the IRGC's regional proxy network is expanding. New footage released by Yemen's armed forces shows strikes targeting Houthi positions as government forces, backed by Saudi Arabia and the United States, continue operations aimed at weakening the IRGC-backed group around the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. With pressure mounting on the regime's proxy network in Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen, the Islamic Republic is increasingly losing the regional infrastructure it has relied on to project power beyond its borders.

.Maryam Alemzadeh is an expert on the IRGC and tells me that while the Islamic Republic has been militarily weakened, “that’s never been the strength of the IRGC,” arguing its penetration is still intact: “It's not going to be an easy takeover for the protesters, who I believe are the majority of the population now, because the weapons are still in the hands of the IRGC and Basij, and they do not need the more advanced equipment that has been destroyed to some extent in order to repress a popular uprising.”

IRGC safe havens are disappearing. In Mashhad, the Imam Sajjad mosque was reportedly being used as a base for Basij forces. Over 200 IRGC-linked personnel are said to have been eliminated in a targeted strike. For years, the regime hid behind civilian sites like mosques, schools, and public buildings. That shield is gone.

The IRGC Intelligence Organization has announced the neutralization of a 15-member espionage cell in Isfahan, directly linked to the Zionist-funded media networks Iran International and Manoto. As noted by former Mossad Deputy Ram Ben-Barak, billions of shekels have been incinerated on failed infrastructure for regime change, only to be met by the impenetrable internal security of the Islamic Republic.

🚨 BREAKING: ISRAEL STRIKES IRAN’S INNER CIRCLE Israel says it has eliminated two of Iran’s most senior figures within 24 hours, marking a major escalation in the conflict. Among those reportedly killed: • Ali Larijani — described as Iran’s security chief • Gholamreza Soleimani — head of the Basij militia According to Israeli officials, both were targeted in precision strikes aimed at dismantling the regime’s command structure and internal security apparatus. Iranian state media has since circulated what is claimed to be a final handwritten note from Larijani, adding to the intensity and symbolism of the moment. If confirmed, this represents a direct hit on both the regime’s strategic leadership and its street-level enforcement arm. The message from Israel is unmistakable: No level of Iran’s leadership is beyond reach. And with back-to-back high-profile eliminations, the conflict is now moving deeper into the regime’s core than ever before.
