It called a business plan John. Example: Shopping plaza has 10 units, 70% occupancy, the 3 unoccupied units need major repairs, roof needs replacing, parking lot needs a redo, landscaping and store fronts need updating, pre-lease the 3 units, renew and renegotiate the other leases based on improvements and higher traffic volume and refinance property. I won’t continue to bore you, but I’ve never met a Liberal who could build a profitable company, they can run it just can’t build it.
