It boggles my mind how in 2025 we have to debate things like this that are basic known facts that have been around for thousands of years. If we're going to let men into women's sports and we're gonna let men into women's locker rooms and bathrooms then why even designate any sport as women's or any locker room or restroom as women's. No matter how weak you might feel, how unhappy you are about your body, your performance, your job, your financial status, or your relationship… It is never too late to start having positive thoughts about yourself, a positive outlook, the will to change, and a goal that you set for yourself and follow no matter what. Don’t underestimate how heavily your belief in yourself weighs on any outcome in your life. If you can’t believe in yourself, nobody else will. One of the many things that I learned during my own transformation: You can dream big about your destination, but do not force yourself to get there with an unrealistic time goal. It will only set you up for failure, or it will force you to chase shortcuts. Shortcuts usually lead to broken dreams. Take your time with whatever goal you might set for yourself. Many little steps over a long period of time will carry you much farther than large and hasty steps.
