Yes it's a thing. My dumb story: I used a middle urinal b/c the right was gross & the left was too low. A bigger guy came in and used the gross urinal. I couldn't piss, but stood there at the urinal until he finished, washed and left. Couldn't piss at all afterward, so I left.
