They're doing a horrible job of it, though. In an area well controlled by the IDF, I watched dozens, maybe hundreds of Gazans taking refuge behind Israeli soldiers. Without Hamas forcing them to be human shields, some actually prefer living. Strange Israel didn't shoot them all.
