The Human Rights Council created this specific in May 2021 with an open-ended mandate to investigate Israel, and its own expert on Palestine is mandated only to investigate “Israel’s violations,” not violations by the Palestinian Authority or Hamas. So I need you to read that again. The entire purpose of this commission is to only investigate Israel, not Hamas. A body structurally instructed to look at one side’s conduct and not the other’s cannot produce a finding about who is responsible for what, because it is forbidden from examining half the battlefield. It is literally built to take the word of terrorists and launder it through the United Nations to build a narrative that Israel is committing a genocide because Hamas went so far far this time around with the hostages that the only way to continue this farce on the western world of idiots is to call what Israel is doing a genocide.
