@AbujomaaGaza Elevation by 10nSv/h is well within natural fluctuation and does not really indicate any nuclear event. I crossed Japan with a Geiger counter in the summer of 2011. West Japan was around 10-300 nSv/h, Tokyo 100-300, West Fukushima 400-2000.
