We’ve been having the conversation on here for years bud. You must be new here. (What a coincidence 🤔) Your video and opinion are exactly what we all expect from the not American flag in your bio, didn’t need to watch it. Can’t figure out I’m not Gen Z, obviously not very good at figuring things out.

Having any foreign flag in your name makes you a traitor to America. Same as the Democrats with their Mexico and Ukraine flags. Your all cucks. You are either for America or your for a foreign country. It can't be both. We all know what you are.

No dude. Get the foreign flag out of your bio. It was garbage when people did it for Ukraine and it’s garbage when people do it for Israel.

Well that’s the same justification for the 🏳️‍🌈 or 🇺🇦 in bio. Just means your loyalty is split in two, and there’s no way of knowing which side you’ll be on if conflict arises

My answer to you is the same answer I gave in another comment (within the 👇🏻 and 👆🏻 emojis): 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 I have the flags of both America and Israel in my name for the very simple reason that I love both America and Israel. There’s nothing complicated or nefarious about it. I love America 🇺🇸 And I love Israel 🇮🇱 Done. It is my position that America 🇺🇸 is the greatest nation in all the world, and Israel 🇮🇱 is the second greatest nation in all the world. Pretty simple stuff. 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻 However, I would like to include one additional point for your comment, and it starts with a declaration that may seem unrelated, but please read to the very end: I love Japan. ❤️🇯🇵 Years ago, I lived in Japan and taught English. At the time all those years ago, I was close to being fluent in the Japanese language. I absolutely loved Japan and the Japanese People those many years ago, and I still absolutely love them today. ❤️❤️❤️ 🇯🇵🇯🇵🇯🇵 ❤️❤️❤️ However, you’ll of course notice that I don’t have the flag of Japan 🇯🇵 in my name or my bio. The question is why? Because taking up a good and righteous cause for the sake of another that’s being deliberately mistreated would be the basic answer. Because of all the LIES that so, so many people speak about the nation of Israel 🇮🇱 and the Jewish People—and all of the demonic HATRED that so many people have towards Israel and the Jews—their cause has become a cause that I deeply, deeply care about. Hence a reason why I have Israel’s flag in my name and bio. IF… (emphasis on the word IF)… IF there were a tremendous number of people speaking nothing but LIES about Japan 🇯🇵 and the Japanese People—and IF they were just constantly HATING on Japan and the Japanese People—well then guess what? I would have the flag of Japan 🇯🇵 in my name and bio, too. Because I care about the truth being spoken and defended, their cause would become my cause. But since people aren’t really interested in telling too many lies about Japan or the Japanese People, there’s really no need for me to be so public about my personal love for or position on Japan. In other words, it’s really only because of the many uninformed and even intentionally malicious people like Ian Carroll that relentlessly LIE about Israel and the Jews and constantly HATE on Israel and the Jews that inspires me to take up their cause and to be so public about my position concerning them. Hopefully that makes sense. Another way to say it would be: It’s basically because of YOU GUYS that I have Israel’s flag in my name and bio. So… I guess it’s your fault. 😄 There’s my final point. Good day.

Imagine being so low IQ that you can’t see the difference between a corrupt government and the people that live there. Just because people don’t support Israel doesn’t mean they hate Jewish people. I know it’s hard for people like you to understand this, but there are in fact Jewish people who Don’t support Israel. Did you ever think of that bud? Bet you didn’t. How is it that a GOY is writing a novel online in support of a country that absolutely doesn’t care about you at ALL BTW… when there are Jewish people who don’t do that. Marinate on that.

Yup. Just like there are Americans that hate America, there are Jews who hate Israel. Irrelevant. 90% of the 15-16 million Jews throughout the world are also Zionists (meaning they love and support Israel). 10% of Jews throughout the world hate Israel. Once again, irrelevant.

TheVeiledReckoning profil fotoğrafı

But that’s not your original claim. You claimed that if you hate Israel that equates to hating Jews. And it doesn’t. That would be like saying if you hate America then you hate all white people. You can hate a government without hating the people that live there you do realize this right? Lol. You’re stance mirrors brainwashed white liberal women that advocate for BLM and planned parenthood thinking that it actually helps the black community when it doesn’t everything but that. You’re literally harming the very people you claim to care so much about. All the while you’ve never actually experienced antisemitism or have been affected by the holocaust in anyway whatsoever. So what makes you think any actual JEW cares what you have to say? I promise you they don’t. You advocating for Israel is advocating to send troops to die in a war we have no business in. You’re the right wing version of white people that want to pay reparations for slaves they never owned to black people who were never slaves. Respectfully, please shut up.

There is one Jewish state in the entire world. One. And it seems to be pretty much the only nation in all the world that people are constantly talking about and trying to justify wiping from the face of the earth. Here’s the problem with your “logic”: If you told me that you love the Italian People, but you just hate Italy, you cannot stand Italy, and you even (as a great many people DO say concerning Israel) wish that Italy would be destroyed—well then, I don’t believe you when you say that you love Italians. It’s plainly obvious that you don’t. The same would be true that if you told me that you love the American People, but you just hate the United States of America, and you wish for the day when the USA would be destroyed… … well, it would be very obvious that you don’t love the American People. You would actually hate the American People. Israel is the only nation that people want to make a justification for hating the nation while supposedly loving the people. It doesn’t work that way. Good day.

It shows you’re uninformed and not worth debating with. If you’re not informed on Israel’s history, the Balfour declaration, the fact that the Star of David has nothing to do with Judaism, Theodor Herzls atheistic land grab and appropriation of the jews, you will fly the flag of Israel.

Here’s a rational conversation: Are the tech, media, AI, social media, and financial sectors entirely captured, at the highest levels, by jews and Zionists? If you can’t answer this, the rest of your opinion is discarded as you’re avoiding the most obvious of truths.

You’re more than welcome to try. Sure. I recently had a deep-dive episode into the subject of Zionism / Christian Zionism. My position from the Holy Bible is clearly stated in that episode. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Dewi Grefi ☦︎🇺🇸 profil fotoğrafı
Dewi Grefi ☦︎🇺🇸4 ay önce

I appreciate your openness to having your views on Christian Zionism challenged. It's a topic that deserves careful biblical and theological examination. Having reviewed your arguments, I'd like to offer an Orthodox Christian perspective on several key points. The True Meaning of the Olive Tree in Romans 11 Your central theological claim rests on the idea that God's covenant with ethnic Israel is irrevocable in a way that requires a future political restoration. However, this misunderstands St. Paul's teaching in Romans 11. The olive tree represents God's people, which is fulfilled in Christ and His Body, the Church. The natural branches (believing Jews) remained, while those who rejected Christ were broken off. We Gentiles were grafted in among them. As St. John Chrysostom explains in his homilies on Romans: "The olive tree is the holy Church, into which both Jews and Gentiles who believe are grafted... The unbelieving Jews were broken off because of their unbelief, not because of their ethnicity." The early Church Fathers consistently understood this passage as demonstrating that the Church is the continuation and fulfillment of Israel, not that there are two separate peoples of God. St. Cyril of Alexandria wrote: "The olive tree is the Church of God, which contains all those who believe in Christ, whether they be Jews or Gentiles." The Fulfillment of the Covenants in Christ The New Testament clearly teaches that the old covenant has been fulfilled and superseded in Christ. Hebrews 8:13 states: "By calling this covenant 'new,' he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear." The writer of Hebrews continues to demonstrate how Christ is the fulfillment of the priesthood of Melchizedek, superior to the Levitical priesthood. St. Paul explains in Galatians 3:16 that the promises were spoken to Abraham and his seed—not seeds, meaning many, but one seed, who is Christ. The promises to Abraham find their ultimate fulfillment not in ethnic Jews or a territorial nation, but in Christ and His Body, the Church. The Abrahamic Covenant Fulfilled in Christ The promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:3 - "I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you" - is indeed significant. However, Christian Zionists miss the crucial Christocentric interpretation that the New Testament provides. In Galatians 3:16, St. Paul makes a vital clarification: "The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say 'and to seeds,' meaning many people, but 'and to your seed,' meaning one person, who is Christ." He continues in verse 29: "If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." The early Church Fathers consistently taught that this promise finds its fulfillment not in ethnic Jews or some future geopolitical entity called "Israel", but in Christ and those united to Him. St. John Chrysostom wrote: "The promise to Abraham was not concerning his carnal seed, but concerning the spiritual seed, which is Christ, and those who are in Christ." Furthermore, the promise that "in you all the tribes of the earth shall be blessed" points to the universal scope of the Gospel. As St. Paul explains in Romans 4, Abraham "is the father of us all" who share his faith, regardless of ethnic background. The blessing comes not through ethnic lineage but through faith in Christ. To "bless Abraham" today means to recognize and honor Christ as the fulfillment of God's promises to Abraham and to unite oneself to Christ through baptism and faith. To "curse Abraham" would be to reject Christ and His salvation. This has nothing to do with one's political stance toward the modern state of Israel. The Church as the New Israel Throughout the New Testament, the Church is identified as the true Israel. 1 Peter 2:9 applies titles once reserved for Israel to the Church: "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession." The early Church consistently understood herself as the continuation and fulfillment of Israel. St. Justin Martyr wrote in his Dialogue with Trypho: "We who have been called out of the nations are the true Israelite race, and the holy people, and those who are judges of the twelve tribes... We are the true children of Abraham." The Fulfillment of the Land Promises The Old Testament itself indicates that the land promises were already fulfilled. In Joshua 21:43-45: "So the Lord gave Israel all the land he had sworn to give their ancestors, and they took possession of it and settled there... Not one of all the Lord's good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled." The New Testament spiritualizes the concept of the promised land. Hebrews 4 speaks of entering God's rest through faith, not territorial conquest. The true "Promised Land" is the Kingdom of God, which Christ established and into which we are baptized. The Temple in the New Covenant With the destruction of the Second Temple in AD 70, God made clear that Christ's Body is now the only Temple needed. John 2:19-21 records Jesus saying: "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days... But the temple he had spoken of was his body." The Orthodox Church has never looked for the rebuilding of a physical temple in Jerusalem, for we understand that Christ is our Temple, and we participate in this reality through the Divine Liturgy. The Origins of Christian Zionism Christian Zionism as a distinct movement is relatively recent, originating with John Nelson Darby in the 19th century and popularized through the Scofield Reference Bible. This dispensationalist interpretation was unknown to the early Church, the Church Fathers, or even the Protestant Reformers. The idea that political Zionism, which began with secular Jews like Theodor Herzl, fulfills biblical prophecy would have been foreign to Christians throughout history. It's unthinkable that the early Christians, especially the authors of the New Testament, could have fathomed such an interpretation. The Church's Mission to All Nations In the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), Christ commands His followers to make disciples of all nations. The Church's mission is universal, not focused on one ethnic group or territory. St. Paul's vision was to bring the Gospel to all peoples, not to facilitate the restoration of a Jewish state. A Proper Understanding of Romans 11 While you correctly note that Romans 11 teaches that God's gifts and call to Israel are irrevocable, this misunderstands their application. God's call to Israel was always to bring forth the Messiah and to be a light to the nations. This call has been irrevocably fulfilled in Christ and the Church. St. John Chrysostom explains: "God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew... For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. But what people? The people who believed. For as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God." Conclusion Christian Zionism represents a significant departure from the historic Christian understanding of the relationship between Israel, the Church, and the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. The Orthodox Church has consistently taught that the Church is the continuation and fulfillment of Israel, that the old covenant has been fulfilled in Christ, and that God's promises find their ultimate fulfillment not in ethnic Jews or a territorial nation, but in Christ and His Body, the Church. As we approach these matters, let' not forget St. Paul's words in Romans 9:6-8: "For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel. Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham's children... In other words, it is not the children by physical descent who are God's children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham's offspring." I'm curious to hear how you would respond to the patristic interpretation of these passages, particularly the understanding of the olive tree as representing the Church rather than two distinct peoples of God.

Respectfully, I wouldn't lean too heavily on the Scofield Bible, when trying to reason with these people. While dispensationalism would never have become so widespread without the Scofield study notes, many of today's Evangelicals are indoctrinated by other means, so they will dismiss you on the basis of "I don't even know what a Scofield Bible is."

I would have replied to this guy’s comment directly, but he deleted it. So, I’m including my reply to him right here instead: 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 And THIS is exactly why conversations are often made impossible. THIS is why. It’s not possible to have any kind of truth-based, logical conversation when you’re speaking with someone who’s not just standing on a different foundation but on an entirely different PLANET than the one you’re standing on. I might as well be a human being trying to hold an intelligent conversation in the English language with a primitive extraterrestrial life-form. It just doesn’t work. It’s impossible. Readers beware: Do NOT go down the path of baseless conspiratorial speculation. If you do, you will end up in a place of such mental and spiritual darkness that you will be completely unable to discern right from wrong, truth from lies, fact from fiction, reality from pure insanity. You will end up in a place where up is down, left is right, good is evil, and evil is good. The Holy Bible says “Woe” (Isaiah 5:20) to people who are in such a deplorable, miserable state of existence. If you’re so deep in the darkness of pure lies that you genuinely believe Israel murdered Charlie Kirk, then there really isn’t anything to discuss. I won’t be able to help you, nor would I waste my time trying. The most I could ever do for you is pray for you—which I’m happy to do.

Willful ignorance—and even 100% malicious liars—are an enormous problem among this same group. • There’s ignorance. That can be cured with the truth. • There’s willful ignorance. That COULD be cured with the truth if ONLY they’d allow the truth to have its say. • And then there’s malicious liars. No amount of truth spoken or facts/proof/evidence/history shared will ever make any difference. These are the children of hell, sons and daughters of the devil. These are they that LOVE LIES and HATE TRUTH. For such people, there’s literally nothing that can be done. Their destination is the depths of hell with the father of lies they both love and serve.

Let’s look at the flood of pro-Israel money and lobby groups shaping Congress. Let’s look at the mass slaughter of civilians in Gaza. Let’s look at the relentless bulldozing of homes in the West Bank. Let’s look at Israel flipping off international law like it’s optional. Let’s look at every Human Rights Watch report calling out war crimes. Let’s look at those leaked videos of IDF soldiers abusing and raping Palestinian detainees. If you can see all this and still cheerlead unconditionally, maybe take a good long look in the mirror. This has nothing to do with hating Jews. It’s about hating the lunatic fascist vibes coming from Netanyahu’s government and the attitudes of way too many Israelis who seem totally fine with it.
