Hamas militants fired at civilians to force them away from the aid centres, because they want the civilians to be dependent on them. They blamed IDF to stop people from further going to the aid centres, because Hamas wants all the aid to be sold by them.

At least 24 Palestinians have been killed on their way to an aid distribution point run by the US-backed Gaza Humanitarian foundation in Rafah, according to local hospital officials. More than 180 others were injured. Eyewitnesses said they were shot at by Israeli snipers when approaching the aid hubs. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation says no such incident occurred near its sites. Elsewhere in Gaza, Israeli airstrikes overnight killed at least 28 displaced people including four children.
