Clearly, in this video there are adults who use children to stop the car. It is possible that the driver has seen this a life threatening situation. I wouldn't be sure what would happen if he stopped.

1. It’s a shame this happened but please be clear this was not just a hit and run. These kids were throwing ROCKS & u see the rocks falling from the kids hands. So the questions is what does one do when rocks that can kill are being thrown at u?. W/ that said why are their photographers camped out waiting to see what happens?
