Are these times based on the present speed of the ISS and size of planets, not on how long it would actually take to orbit them? For comparison Apollo took around 120 min to orbit the moon despite it being 1/4 diameter of the Earth, in which a satellite takes 90 min in low orbit

Pluto was reclassified as a dwarf planet in 2006 by the International Astronomical Union because other objects might cross its orbit.
