Watch: 19-Year-Old Shot by Stockton Police After Brief Chase and Commands Ignored STOCKTON, CA — The Stockton Police Department has released body-worn camera footage capturing the moment officers fatally shot 19-year-old Rocco Robinson during a foot pursuit in early September. Officers approached Robinson sitting in a double-parked vehicle on Doray Court and asked him to step out. Robinson fled on foot with a loaded, unserialized ghost gun and an extended magazine. Two officers involved have been placed on administrative leave, and the investigation is under investigation.

Kyiv said goodbye to 44-year-old Anna Polishchuk, who was killed in a Russian attack on the city on April 24. Anna's husband, Oleksandr, is a Defender - he has been fighting for Ukraine since 2014. In 2022, Oleksandr was taken into Russian captivity, where he lost sight in one eye. The family lived on the second floor. During the attack, Oleksandr managed to cover their one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. Anna was in another room at that moment. Oleksandr and his daughter were found by a neighbor, while Anna was pulled out from under rubble later. She died in the ambulance. Deepest condolences. 📹: Radio Liberty

ICYMI: In 2015, a 76-year-old Korean man shot and killed his two neighbors after they repeatedly dumped dog urine, feces, and dirty diapers onto his balcony from above. Chung Kim lived below the couple at the Sable Ridge Apartments in Dallas. Their dog would use the balcony as a bathroom, and later they began dumping dirty diapers, causing waste to fall onto his balcony. During an argument, Kim pulled out a gun and shot 32-year-old Michelle Jackson while she stood on her balcony. He then went upstairs into their apartment and shot 31-year-old Jamie Stafford as he tried to escape by jumping off the balcony. Kim stood over him and shot him again. An infant inside the apartment was unharmed. Kim was later arrested and sentenced to life in prison for the double murder.
