Lies. Hamas was always there to release the hostages. Netanyahu wants the war to go " as long as it takes " so he can eliminate innocent Palestinians. He controls the cards, not Hamas or the US.

From the UN podium, I recounted the horror stories of the released hostages, Itay Regev, Eitan Yahalomi, and Emily Hand, who were all tortured by Hamas in Gaza. Calling for a ceasefire now, while there are still hostages being held in Gaza, is the most immoral thing possible!
