Yeah, Samurai questline is up there. People don't talk about it as much as Dark Knight, which fair, but it is one of those that really shows how much the job quests can offer.

It's ok, you granted him peace and are carrying on his legacy (tho I still miss him and shed a few tears afterwards)

It's SUCH a Kurosawa plotline. I love the 50-60 SAM Quests. That was the first time I had an inkling of an idea of what kind of Lore I'd want to give my WoL — despite having even already done 30-50 DRK — and that SAM would be my forever Job... Unless they drop Mystic Knight...

This is a job questline that always Gets Me even though I know how it ends

It does get better. Samurai has one of the best stories so keep going.

Sometimes, I kind of miss the gentle heaviness of early years of FFXIV. It sits with you whether you remember it or not.

Currently avoiding doing this on my 63 SAM First time I ever did it I was like
