POV. You’re my coffee table, I just got home from the gym, it’s a hot sunny day so I come outside, I put my coffee down on you while I grab a chair. It burns, but it’s your job. I kick off my Nikes to release my sweaty soles, I lay back and place my feet up on you, you are instantly hit with an aroma so strong that you feel it in the back of your throat. Not only can you now taste them, but you can also feel how warm and moist they are. What a lucky coffee table you are, doing your job so well. But it doesn’t just end there. I’ve also forgotten to grab an ashtray and I don’t want to ash on my decking. So it looks like you’re now my personal ashtray. It feels so good to have a purpose doesn’t it?

Sound up! Cypress, Pebble Beach, and Spyglass are all known for their stunning par 3 holes. But most don’t know that right there on 17 Mile Drive is one that rivals all of the above. The 14th hole at Monterrey Peninsula Country Club is truly one of the special places in golf. Tourists watch from the road as you tee off. From the tips it’s a beast. We got an absolutely perfect day yesterday. Skies so blue. Just doesn’t get much better.

What a game. Disappointed for England but absolutely delighted for Italy. I have been to the Stadio Olimpico several times over the past few years to watch Italy play and it has always ended up in a defeat to the Azzurri with a stadium half full. Today I felt very privileged to be there working on the game with ITV Sport. The atmosphere was amazing, the stadium was sold out with over 70,000 fans. No words can truly sum up just how important that win was to the Italian people (who believed it was possible!). It’s been a crazy Six Nations….but that’s why we love it! :)

A Red Wings Boeing 777 heading from Moscow to Thailand was forced to make an emergency landing after its engine caught fire just four minutes after takeoff. The blaze was quickly extinguished by the automatic system, but the aircraft had to circle over the Moscow region for more than an hour to dump fuel. There were 425 people on board. Russia’s mounting aviation incidents are a direct result of sanctions. Airbus and Boeing no longer provide official maintenance or support inside the country.

I just need to say it… Some of you have LOST YOUR FRIGGIN MINDS over Hurricane Milton We Do live in Sarasota County where it’s making landfall right now but do NOT live on the coast (15 miles+ inland) People have been telling us all day that we deserve to die for not leaving and to write our daughters SSN on their arms to be identified. The video to the left is the worst it has gotten. Now I want to be VERY VERY clear. If you live on the beach, are in a mobile home, or a major flood zone… Evacuation is a NECESSITY. I hope those people all got out and are safe. But I’m not joking. I’ve had family and friends telling me that ALL Florida is going to be wiped out by Milton. And to kiss my daughters goodbye tonight because we stayed. Now I mostly blame the over sensationalist media for hyping everyone up making it sound like this was going to make landfall as the most catastrophic storm in history. It literally made landfall as a Cat 3 120mph winds. Thats far from the largest. People saw that it was a Cat 5 with 200 mph winds when it was in the middle of the ocean and thought it would land at that. TikTok and random “weather people” didn’t make this any better. It’s like the whole country was watching us like NASCAR… hoping to see that fatal crash. It’s messed up.

I am planning to release it by the end of September. It will start off at a $15 one time payment (no more payments ever, full updates forever) until after Cyber Monday when it will go up to it's full price of $20. Holy shit you guys… LOOK. AT. ME. Day 52 (…I think? I lost count 😂) and I just did my first outdoor pseudo-squat in the wild. My hips were so loose after getting lost on my nature walk today that I said screw it, let me try this. And I swear I got lower than I normally do. What do y’all think?!?! But honestly… the coolest part of this whole journey hasn’t even been the movement. It’s been WATCHING myself become the woman I was always supposed to be. The woman who puts her health first. The woman who walks even when she doesn’t feel like it. The woman who swings the kettlebell, jumps on the rebounder, and shows up for herself every single day… even on the tired days. That’s who I am now. And I’m so damn proud of her. 👑

What happens when an autonomous robotaxi gets into an accident? So far, nothing. Yesterday, I rode in a Zoox robotaxi and got hit by an RTC bus in front of New York New York. The Zoox was trying to turn right into New York New York on Tropicana Avenue just after crossing Las Vegas Boulevard and the bus was trying to get over to make its stop. What I saw, was the RTC bus merging into the front left of the Zoox robotaxi and then a crunching sound followed by a grinding sound. Pretty sure it was the RTC bus at fault. Impact detected. The Zoox robotaxi stayed in place while a warning popped up on the user display. Zoox support came over the in-car speaker and asked if I was okay and then eventually had me exit the vehicle at the New York New York rideshare area. Then, it just took off. The RTC bus? It also took off. The driver never got out to check to see what happened. Loaded up some passengers and went about the day. Nobody stayed around to file a police report, so I did. The Nevada State Troopers are scratching their heads at what to do here and so am I. Now I have a lot of questions that won’t get answered probably. I am okay and not injured thankfully, just shaken up a bit. As far as riding Zoox again, I feel it is safe to ride and highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t. On a side note: The Zoox took the hit pretty well and I couldn’t see damage when I checked it out. The bus had a nice scrape on its right wheel fender. I will keep you all updated on this.

Let me tell you one of the best day trips from Tokyo. Niigata. Just 1.5 to 2 hours by Shinkansen. People go for two things: the best rice in Japan and some of the best sake in the country. Niigata is famous as the home of Koshihikari, Japan’s most celebrated rice. It’s also one of Japan’s top sake regions. The first place you should go is Ponshukan inside Niigata Station. It’s basically a dream for sake lovers. Rows of sake vending machines. You buy coins and just keep tasting. That’s it. I’ll attach a video of the machines. My personal favorite is Hokusetsu Daiginjo YK35 Shin. It’s incredible. You absolutely have to try it. It was so good I ended up buying a bottle to take home. Also stop by Bakudan Onigiriya. They make ridiculously huge rice balls using Koshihikari rice. One bite and you start questioning every onigiri you’ve ever eaten before. Eat amazing rice balls. Drink a lot of sake. That’s basically the whole trip. But somehow you go home completely satisfied. On the way back, you fall asleep on the Shinkansen, and suddenly you’re already back in Tokyo. It’s just a day trip, but it really feels like you traveled. Have you ever been to Niigata?

Day 5 of my 30-day water fast. Yesterday (Day 4) was the best day I’ve had so far. •Least cravings. •Least anger. •Least frustration. •Least crash-outs. It feels like I’m purging out every negative emotion and toxin that’s lived inside me. I’m having strong emotional responses—crying at things I wouldn’t normally cry at. Even just thinking about food hits different. Taco Bell. Sushi. Kebab. And during Ramadan, knowing my mom is cooking up a storm every night makes it even harder. The vape cravings? Completely gone. But I know that if I think about it too much, my body will remember, so I just keep my mind moving forward. Started at 200 lbs on Day 0 (night time weigh in with food intake and water intake, dropped to 192.2 on Day 1, and today, on Day 5, I’m at 181 lbs. Not trying to lose weight too fast—I need as much on me as possible to survive the next 25 days. But the best part of all this? Being live 24/7.
