You see it everywhere. Yesterday I was in an automatic car wash with two other cars. It just stopped working, and there we sat not able to get out. I had to call the gas station number to get them to come out and fix it. This country is falling apart everywhere you look. It's really sad to watch...

I’ve thought this since I was a kid, part of it if not all of it has to be done on purpose to dehumanize us. There is nothing more depressing than an airport in the US. The government bailouts of airlines over the years definitely hasn’t helped either.

delayed my 12-hour international flight by 3 hours on the tarmac. They thought a passenger deplaned, so they thought canceling everyone’s check-in and manually re-checking us one by one to find the missing person was the solution. Their computers failed in the process, leaving us idling while the crew scrambled. It was a circus. Horrible experience.

@lipper8443 A lot of my childhood was spent in airports all over the country and sometimes other parts of the world. In fact, my then 90yr old grand parents would travel internationally alone. I’ve never seen the airport system/airlines as bad as they are today.

Just drive ... By the time you go through all the lines and checkpoints, you can drive where you need to go to most places in the United States faster than a flight. Get in your gas powered car that can go over 500 miles without refilling, there you go! No fuss, no muss. Freedom!

The amount of travelers has doubled in the last 20 years or so but no new airports have been built. That is another issue.

The U.S. airports and tsa are by far the worst. The system is retarded, slow and yeah, you feel like criminal. Try flying to Europe, it’s like night and day, like flying from East Germany to west Germany.

I hate air travel. For my own selfish reasons I would like to see a high speed rail network across the country. Got a Eurorail pass 15 years ago. It really opened my eyes traveling around Europe. Stress level was way lower and way more relaxing. Takes longer but you see more. And Amtrak sucks.

Every time I go through security it angers me that they assault us, go through our bags and treat us like criminals when it’s our own government whose responsible for Sept 11 and all the other manufactured BS. I told one agent it’s the biggest crime against we the people!

We need a passengers bill of rights and they need to have financial consequences for stupidity and negligence on their part.
