Badenoch: “Take a look at President Trump. He’s shown that sometimes you need that first stint in government to spot the problems, but it’s the second time around that you really know how to fix them.” Trump is dismantling US democracy and replacing it with authoritarianism.

You don't need to understand what someone else is going through and you don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes being a supportive friend means just being there. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthAwareness #TerminalMontage

Long slow distance runs allow me to do what I love (running) for a longer time and because I take it slow & easy, I don’t feel wiped out afterwards. They also help build fitness. But sometimes just doing what you enjoy and what makes you feel good is the best way to do things.

Sneako talks about how ICE is bad and how we need to protect immigrants. He really is just a liberal. “A lot of the times ICE is going to far with their arrests. You can’t bring hundreds of thousands of Indians and Chinese on H1Bs, you need to PROTECT THE IMMIGRANTS HERE.”

Lovely fall day and I got excited about fashion. Sometimes we need to focus on stuff that doesn’t matter to free ourselves from the anxiety of all the things that do matter, which we have little to no control over.

The best founders all have this one trait: "You need a very primal reason to keep going when things are really bad. When everything is going wrong, and you do not even want to face the bad news, that is what keeps you going. Without that deep motivation, it is very hard to continue fighting." Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸 What is your primal reason when everything is going wrong? Jack Zhang Alex Rampell Alex Bouaziz Brian Chesky

POV. You’re my coffee table, I just got home from the gym, it’s a hot sunny day so I come outside, I put my coffee down on you while I grab a chair. It burns, but it’s your job. I kick off my Nikes to release my sweaty soles, I lay back and place my feet up on you, you are instantly hit with an aroma so strong that you feel it in the back of your throat. Not only can you now taste them, but you can also feel how warm and moist they are. What a lucky coffee table you are, doing your job so well. But it doesn’t just end there. I’ve also forgotten to grab an ashtray and I don’t want to ash on my decking. So it looks like you’re now my personal ashtray. It feels so good to have a purpose doesn’t it?

Black top, plaid skirt, and a quiet kind of daydream 🖤 Some moments don’t need to be loud to feel a little unreal. Sometimes all it takes is a look and a feeling that makes everything around you softer ✨ #aigirl #MondayMood
