No way, It was a millisecond collision, which he never hit the head of chose to bump, was just a collision that was unavoidable, both players had nowhere to go. The damage was done hitting the ground, surely some common sense is still allowed these days?

¡YA QUE LLEGUÉ! 😬 El ‘Tato’ Noriega reveló las razones por las cuáles Sergio Ramos dijo que sí a Rayados. Así va el fichaje del español. 📲 #LigaMX #Clausura2025 #SergioRamos #Rayados

@purplereign95 Is the collision not caused by the player running back with the flight? If you’re reckless with your own duty of care to yourself- that’s on you, not the player coming at the ball.

@purplereign95 Just imagine that Pearce is Patrick Dangerfield and there wouldn’t be an issues probably just a fine

This one will be outcome based not action… gee every time it’s a diff result. What a shambles

If the player runs back with the flight and cleans themself up against the goal post, how many weeks does the goal post get?

Watch it frame by frame and you can see his eyes never leave the ball and he follows the ball the whole way. Footy incident, nothing to answer too!

DBJ put himself in danger & with front on contact to Pearce Pearce literally did nothing wrong It’s a contact sport ffs

Why didn't Pearce enter the contest with his left arm outstretched to take the mark? I wonder why he wouldn't want to risk that?

Peter Wright got 4 weeks for going for a mark and then bracing at the very last second. He shouldn't have got anything. And neither should this.

Anyone that’s ever played footy knows that Darcy burton jones put his head on the chopping block running the way the Footys going. Should be no suspension to Pearce. Crap
