27 days to go and today was a success. The challenge for the first time feels doable… 🏃‍♂️ I managed to do a 10km. That feels like my absolute limit and I just went super slow. I think I’ll pay for it a bit tomorrow. How I’m gonna do 4X that I’ve no idea 🐕 The hardest part of this all is balancing it with work and the dogs. I feel like the steps walking with the dogs are a bit useless for the challenge as they are slow and slow waiting for them to pee etc! 🛵 Running where I feed was a very bad idea. The dogs didn’t all recognize me at first but when they did they thought it was a big game and I had to chase them all home. Was thinking while running today about getting the community involved. Maybe some people could run 5km on the day or even there might be someone out there who wants to still join the race with me. Think there are still slots in Bangkok. Also I’ll get more info up tomorrow hopefully about what this is all for! For now a follow for Happy Doggo is the best thing you can do! Would mean the world as wanna try get that account to 200k by end of the marathon to help more dogs! I’m sure there’s tougher days ahead but feeling positive today 🙏🙏🙏

We also shared additional Dear Face Beauty Milk, Beauty Bean, and Axe products to volunteers, security guards, and fellow kababayans we met along the way. In this intense heat, this simple gesture may seem small but the smiles, gratitude, and warmth we received in return meant everything. At the heart of AZRALPH is a community that believes in giving back, in showing up, and in spreading kindness wherever we can. Dear Global Pioneers. Happy Wednesday! I have been in the Chinese community for one year and I have been there to study a lot. I am extremely appreciative of the Chinese community's excellent community leaders and merchants who did a lot to educate community and support ecosystem development.🙏🙏🙏 Now the GCV community is very strong and has at least 50 amazing GCV community leaders growing up. So I will transfer my focus from the Chinese community to the global community in different countries in high demand. I am a Canadian pioneer so I would like to work with Canadian and USA pioneers to build up a good harmony community too. Of course I will be very happy to join the European community if there is a chance. Pi Network is a global project not only for Chinese people. We see a big great improvement in the world wide community after the 6/11 Tencent Conference. A lot of pioneers start to value their Pi and won't sell under the table now. As I always declared: I respect all different prices including $1 to $2 billion per Pi. Yes there are some communities that promote $2 billion. I will not judge any price. However I just expressed my point of view that the Pi price is GCV! And I do analysis why I support GCV and why all communities need a united price. And what are the benefits when all communities can unite to GCV. There's no enforcement. Actually I can't prevent GCV because a lot of Merchants strongly support it and they put at least 100 million USD offline already. They will insist on GCV and I know many ecosystems support GCV too. Every pioneer is an adult. They have their own mind who can make their own decisions. Education is very important especially to study white paper. If we understand this, you will understand everything.🙏🙏🙏 I will quit the Chinese community to the global community because I trust Chinese community leaders and merchants doing great 👍 And I know my task is global community education. Today Lattice is synonymous with performance reviews and people management. But not many know that in the very early days, Jack Altman and @ekosz1 had a different product entirely — an OKR tool trying to solve the painful quarterly planning process. As we were developing First Round's PMF Method, we learned so much from Lattice’s pivot — grateful Jack took the time to share his lessons for other builders. 🙏 Here are a few takeaways that have stuck with me: Market pull can be confusing in the early days. Much of PMF advice contains some variation of a “you’ll know it when you see it” type of definition. But for Jack, there’s a key nuance here. “If you haven’t seen early market pull yourself before, you can get easily confused about what it looks like. People are telling you this looks cool, they're saying that they're excited about what's coming, so you think, ‘Okay, maybe we are onto something,’ and that can bleed on that path for quite a long time.” In retrospect, Jack points to 2 signs the OKR tool idea wasn’t working: 1) It was hard to get people to actually pull out their credit cards. “A lot of CEOs and people leaders said, ‘We'd really like this. Can we try it? Can we test it for a quarter? Can we do a monthly thing? Can you give me a login so I can poke around?’ But when we tried to get them to pay, it was very challenging.” 2) Even when people got into the product and did a full OKR planning cycle in Lattice, the next quarter didn't come easily. “They were like, ‘Ugh, we’ve got to do this.’ And then by the third quarter they were like, ‘This is not happening naturally.’ For the employees, the retention was just not there. So both sides were not strong enough.” After Lattice’s pivot (where they kept their HR buyer but changed the product), the difference in traction immediately felt clear. “We had people paying us annual upfront contracts without ever seeing a product, just on our design mocks — which couldn't be more different than the experience we’d been having with OKRs. There were leads coming organically from all over the place. I think we booked twice as much revenue in the first month on that product than we had booked in the previous year on the last one.” If you’re stuck, it takes big swings, not small changes. “A lot of people hang out in nascent PMF and make small changes for years, and that's just a literal waste of everybody's time and resources. Moving up levels of product-market fit or getting unstuck requires more than just incremental steps or giving it more time. More often than not, if you're working on something that is not getting great traction, you’re probably not a 10% adjustment away — you’re probably a 200% adjustment away.” The only people who have the answers are the buyers. “You should really be spending all of your time talking to customers. And that sounds so obvious. But people will find so many reasons to not do that. You’ll hear ‘I really should be recruiting,’ or ‘Some VC wanted to have coffee with me, maybe I'll learn from them about this market.’ And it's all a waste of time. The buyers are where the truth is. When you get to the point where you’ve talked to so many customers that you're sick of hearing the same thing over and over again, that's when you know, you've talked to enough. One of the things that always really helped me is I would remind people that it really doesn't help me if you're nice to me in this meeting. I'm trying to build a company that doesn't fail. And I can only do that if I get genuine responses from you.”

Coming out of a bear market, not recognizing one of the strongest meme communities built in just a few days could end up being an embarrassing mistake for a lot of people. I’ll give you an example. And from experience, I can tell you this: Every great meme needs that initial spark. Without it, projects fade after a few days and are forgotten a few weeks later. But these guys? ✨ A real moment ✨ I want to take a second to be honest and transparent with you all. Behind everything I share online, I am still a human being trying to navigate life like anyone else. The truth is that this journey comes with a lot of ups and downs. Lately, I have been dealing with some financial setbacks that have been difficult to talk about. Two promoters still owe me money. One even wrote me a check that bounced, which ended up costing me almost $2,500, and another owes me $2,500 as well. That is about $5,000 I earned and have not received. I am not sharing this to complain. I know I am incredibly privileged to be able to do what I love, and I am deeply grateful for that. But I think it is important to remember that privilege does not mean a person never struggles. I am constantly working to rebuild myself, to create stability, and to grow from where I have been. There are still times when it feels like one setback after another. I am supporting my elderly adopted mom and saving for a major surgery that will be life-changing for my safety, my security, and how I move through the world. It is a big step, and recovery will take six to eight weeks. After I posted my lavender look from the GLAAD Awards, many of you asked for my tip information. I hesitated to share it because I never want anyone to feel pressured. But I realized that part of building community is letting people support you when they want to.
