This is a game-changer for Solana DeFi You can now see how much money you will make before even opening a position, impermanent loss and MORE with the Position Simulator: - Net PNL: Simulated profit/loss including yield and token balance shifts - LP vs. HODL: Side-by-side comparison to see if the yield justifies the risk The yield estimate is based on the time period you choose. You can get a very accurate estimate by picking 30D and 365D.

LPing to-date was a scattered process with little insight to your positions > You picked a range based on price points > You needed eyes to your screen to monitor a position in and out of range > You pulled PnL from three different dashboards including your own spreadsheets > You redeployed capital with incomplete information For over a year, Orca's Liquidity Terminal has eliminated those frustrations

Last week I booked a last-minute flight and stay in Cabo less than 12 hours to take-off because I was freezing my ass off at home, feeling like a “hostage” to the market. I forgot my swimming trunks and had to buy 2 of them for an eye-watering $450 USD (still wtf’ing at Grand Velas boutique)… And STILL, it was much cheaper than sitting around grinding it out when the market wasn’t there for me. Trading is one of the few professions where you can literally lose vacations/cars/houses etc AND, more importantly, TIME simultaneously while “working”. And so, I often think to myself if I’m so willing to part ways with my trading PNL, then why not just spend that on something tangible. I remember one of my biggest losing days in 2021, I decided to just buy the watch I wanted instead of waiting to feel “good” about my PNL. Our perspectives warp when we stare at numbers and desensitize ourselves to the true ups and downs. Whenever I spend the money it grounds me, “this is what this is worth”. Whenever I’m able to tip generously, especially in areas where the dollar goes farther, I feel more connected to my pursuit of trading for a living. Serendipitously making someone’s day with an outlier tip is one of my favorite things to do. Extremely hard working people who don’t get appreciated often, meanwhile we lose their salaries in pajamas… it’s madness. I just want to point out that I know people feel it, but don’t act on it. Try to exercise some of your freedoms as a trader and realize it’s okay to step away whenever you want and you don’t need permission to just do what you want when you want. You’ll probably come to so similar conclusions for yourself.

May God not put our food in a hard place. If you don’t have to sell your soul for crumbs like this before you and your family can eat, you have no idea how God has been kind to you.

The game has changed so much even in the last 15 years… You would never once see Rollins or Utley doing this given the situation. Ever. Easy to nitpick being this frustrated after a loss like that, but truly wild for real how much things have changed.

Imma say this one more time, IT WAS NOT RACHEL’S RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP RYLIE IN THE HOUSE TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR GRIEF. Everyone else is playing to win and have to do it alone. If you needed a man to be there for you, maybe you should’ve applied for love island #bb27

Rogantino per sempre ❤️ On Monday, August 26, we picked you up from Schiphol Airport, ready to welcome you to our Service Course for the first time. You had a smile on your face, from ear to ear. It was a special moment, not only for you, but also for us. You were about to make your dream come true. 🥪 There was an instant click and you ate your first ‘tosti’ with us and you loved it. It became a simple symbol of the warm welcome we wanted to give you. Not long after that came the moment you had worked so hard for: signing your very first professional contract as a cyclist. After you put down the pen, you thanked your family. It was clear how proud you were and how much it meant to you to have them by your side. When Bas Tietema, Wim and I (Julia Soek) traveled to Spoltore for your farewell, we felt the warmth of your family and saw the beautiful Italian hills where you trained daily. The impact you left on the community is immense. As we sat there at your kitchen table, surrounded by photos, trophies and memories of a wonderful career that lasted too short, we saw the role cycling played in your life. We are proud that we were able to share the last miles of your race with you and your family.

Dreams do come true My mother is my pillar of strength. As a single parent, she worked three jobs to put food on the table, despite the endless obstacles we faced. These challenges shaped me into the man, father, and son I am today. One of the biggest reasons I chase ‘financial freedom’ is so that my mum can be free. I always said to myself she had a hard 1st part of her life, hard 2nd part and I will do everything in my power to make sure the 3rd part is easy and enjoyable. I have done countless things for her and plan to do more. But recently a emotional one was I bought her a business class ticket to Hong Kong, gave her spending money for a whole month, and arranged other amenities for her. Alhamdulilah This post is meant to inspire you. It’s a reminder that ‘YOU CAN DO IT.’ Do things for the right reasons, earn an honest living, stay true to yourself, love and support your family, and appreciate those who helped you get to where you are today. To my Mum, I love you. I promise that in the coming years, there will be wonderful surprises that I’ve been working on for the past decade just for you. It wasn’t easy but it was worth it Remember, it’s You vs You, and Me vs Me. Champ out ✌🏻

😂 Islam Makhachev keeps it real when breaking down how Sambo and Jiu-Jitsu would translate to a street fight. “If you want to learn how to defend yourself in the street, learn Sambo. In Jiu-Jitsu you have to lay on your back to do anything, in Sambo you can start standing up so it actually works better for you.” 🎥: Home of Fight / Jake Noecker

First of all you strap to bench “106kg” which I don’t even need for 140kg, so from the look of things we can tell who the “lil boy” is Second, there is no aspect of fitness you are better than me at, Be it lifting, running, calisthenics, and educating etc You lot seem to have this weird mentality that sh*tting on people’s work and mocking their form makes you look like the better and smarter one, all for what? getting clients?, you do fitness to fill your pockets(that’s if you have people dumb enough to trust you as a trainer with your chaotic training methods) , I do fitness to shine light on the industry and create opportunities for people who want to enter the industry(I have videos to back my claim) You are not worth the back and forth “PAUL BLISS” cos clearly if it wasn’t for me no one would have paused to see who that is, buh I just had to use this opportunity to make somethings clear, if you want to be a fitness influencer face your front and do your work, and if you must, correct people in a respectful way and not try to make them look stupid. Learn from blaakbaki weightlossmessiah iJosh🃏 etc Cos you clearly need some training “lil boy” I go finish the rest for video inside give you Sia. Oh and before I forget, I am one of the best in this industry, and there is nothing you can do about it. Peace ✌️

Last night was special I did not expect to win at all. It’s great to be recognised for something I have so much passion for. Make this be a start for things to come. Thank you to everyone who voted for me it means a lot 🏆 #englandathletics #coachoftheyear

I was informed that the team will be seeking a trade immediately and will be working with me and my family to find the right place to continue competing for championships. I don’t agree with the decision and always believed it was going to begin and end in LA. Still, if there’s one thing that I have learned over the years: there are so many things that are out of your control, but it is how you respond to these things that you will look back on and remember. I have taken so much pride in playing alongside my teammates for the LA community, so thank you for embracing my family and making this such a special place for us. 2024 began with one of the best training camps of my career. Preparations start now for 2025. Highly motivated, as healthy as ever, and looking forward to playing elite football for years to come. Love you guys.. But coming for it all.

Customers are changing how they search. Instead of just Googling, they’re asking AI for answers and recommendations. But how do you make that shift easy to understand? I created this video with Pexo to explore exactly that, using motion design to make the ideas behind GEO easier to see and understand. Sometimes, showing an idea makes more sense than explaining it in another paragraph. Pexo

I went downstairs for a coffee at my apartment in Abu Dhabi and there are 200 people downstairs who have been waiting here for over five hours to buy apartments Never in my life have I seen IRL real estate demand like this I looked into it and as an American you need a 40% down payment for homes here So if you buy a one-bedroom apartment that costs $250,000, you have to give $120,000 to get the remainder on a loan To get that loan you need to keep $10,000 in your bank for three months which isn't too hard to do It's actually like a crypto bro's dream to be able to get a loan like that because in America to get a loan as someone who has stupid crypto income is basically impossible Does anyone want to split an apartment with me? you cant be smelly
