Does he mean he will lead the “violence”? Cos, how do we interpret a statement like this? He doesn't subscribe to violence, but…? What does that mean?

This is the kind of language that Nigerians understand. You wanted to play gentle man for them they will remove you from office. There is no educated person in Nigeria, none whatsoever. Nigeria is a survivor of the fittest. If you play good man with them, you are gone.
