UPDATE: Harjinder Singh, an illegal alien from India who killed three innocent people, FAILED an English Language Proficiency assessment. Singh provided correct responses to just 2 of 12 verbal questions and only accurately identifying 1 of 4 highway traffic signs. And yet, Gavin Newsom’s sanctuary California gave this illegal alien who cannot speak English a Commercial Drivers License to drive an 18-wheeler. DHS will work with U.S. Department of Transportation to root out and prevent illegal aliens from obtaining these licenses from sanctuary jurisdictions that put American drivers and passengers in danger.

Americans are dying because DANGEROUS illegal truck drivers are getting commercial driver’s licenses. During President Donald J. Trump’ first year in office, U.S. Department of Transportation made it a PRIORITY to take on this reckless disregard for safety in the trucking industry 🚛 And we are JUST GETTING STARTED 🇺🇸

🚨 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement lodged an arrest detainer for Jashanpreet Singh, a criminal illegal alien from India, who took the lives of 3 individuals in a horrific DUI accident in San Bernadino County, California. Singh first entered the U.S. in 2022 through the southern border and was RELEASED into the country under the Biden administration. This tragedy follows a disturbing pattern of criminal illegal aliens driving commercial vehicles on American roads, directly threatening public safety. Under President Trump and @Sec_Noem, ICE is working day-in and day-out to make America’s roads safe again.

Another day, another video of ICE unlawfully demanding that a U.S. citizen “prove” their citizenship in the Chicago area. Reminder: In Illinois, U.S. citizens are not required to carry ID. Demanding proof of citizenship… or detaining anyone for not having it… is illegal.

Over 2.5 million people sign petition in SUPPORT of illegal migrant Harjinder Singh who killed 3 people in a crash after performing an illegal u-turn in Florida. Supporters are urging Florida officials to grant clemency to the Indian truck driver, claiming the crash was a ‘tragic accident’ and not a ‘deliberate act.’ The petition, which has now surpassed 2.5 million signatures, calls for both Florida Governor DeSantis and the Florida Board of Executive Clemency to reexamine the case against Harjinder Singh, claiming he did not have any criminal intent or history. Singh, who has been in the U.S. illegally since 2018, is charged with 3 counts of vehicular homicide and faces up to 45 years in prison. Source: Independent

This U.S. Department of Justice just settled with an IT company that used AI-generated job advertisements to exclude U.S. workers from certain jobs. Whether it is an employee, a recruiter, or an AI tool, DOJ Civil Rights Division will hold employers liable when they engage in illegal discrimination!

UNREAL: American trucking group dedicated to getting illegal truck drivers off our roads tipped off authorities about a hotspot on I-40 in Texas known for illegal foreign drivers. After multiple law-enforcement agencies launched an investigation earlier this month, they inspected 105 commercial vehicles — and 31 illegal alien drivers with commercial driver’s licenses were arrested. All 31 individuals were determined by ICE to be in the country illegally. The majority of the CDLs presented were issued out of California, while none were issued in Texas. We need more American truck drivers to tip off authorities and help get illegal alien truck drivers off our roads.
