It is not Israel that is on trial today, but the integrity of the international community. If a country that protects itself from a brutal, murderous terrorist attack can find herself in court for genocide, then the Genocide Convention has become a reward for terrorism.

The UK says it will recognize a Palestinian state but at the same time it keeps arming Israel, trading with Israel, and turning a blind eye to new illegal settlements that make a Palestinian state impossible. Recognition without accountability is hypocrisy. If Britain truly stood for justice, it would cut all military and trade ties with Israel and recognize it for what it is: a genocidal, pariah state.
