These were fair comments from the honorable. Remember since most Ugandans don’t know what an MP exactly does, these MPs also take credit for these developments. I am sure he is going to use this same video during campaigns to claim he brought electricity during his term.

He observes and in his heart he appreciates everything but as you know he has to do what his audience wants, am very sure his audience is now not happy with this testimony.

He gives credit where it is due. Nothing wrong with that.

I see no wrong done by him giving credit where its due! Opposition doesn't mean criticism where its not necessary. If he saw development, let him acknowledge those who have done their best to deliver even though work for the state.

If the same development is done for my people in Madi Okollo no matter how much I detest the yellow group,you must appreciate the well being of your people. But that doesn't mean the bad governance goes away.
