This is a case of reading too much into the obvious. Ruto and Raila met in the presence of Museveni purely on matters person interest, not trade or anything else.

I don't buy it. Ruto & Museveni have been besties for a long time.. The 2 nations have had a recent spat in regards to the oil licenses but to say Raila Odinga brokered the truce is a bit extreme. Anyway, we don't trust the mainstream media in this country.. Credibility iliisha!!
