Farmers in Nyazvidzi, Gutu are complaining against the use of Gutu - Buhera earth road by Chinese haulage trucks enroute to Beira from Sino-run Bikita Minerals. What infuriate farmers is that Sino Mine does not contribute anything to the maintenance of the road. The trucks leave the earth road heavily damaged and only usable by all-terrain vehicles. Recently vehicles could not pass through the road for almost 2 weeks after a haulage truck ferrying minerals from Bikita got stuck in the middle of the road. A road engineer said Gutu-Buhera Road used to be classified as a gravel road but it has since been downgraded to an earth road because of poor maintenance. No haulage truck can use an earth road because of weight. Bikita Minerals Spokesperson Collen Nikisi tried to dissociate his company from the haulage truck but the goods carried had the company's logo. Critical minerals are essential to our way of life, and thanks to President Donald J. Trump, these minerals will be mined on American soil, by American workers. Thank you Congressman Juan Ciscomani for hosting me last week and introducing me to the hardworking Americans who are powering the future!

🇷🇺🇨🇳 In Russia, in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, hundreds of Chinese workers have reportedly been protesting for a second day over unpaid wages. They went out into the streets carrying banners, demanding an investigation and payment of their salaries. Russian social media users are widely outraged that the Chinese workers have not been detained or placed in police vans. Russians are recalling that any attempt by Russian workers to protest is usually met with harsh dispersal by the National Guard, with “the most outspoken” fined or even imprisoned. In contrast, Chinese workers are treated differently — police are escorting them, despite the fact that the rally was not authorized by local authorities. It seems that Chinese workers in Russia have more rights than Russians themselves.

We got the job done this budget for the future of Illinois. Like the families who need high-quality childcare and pre-k, workers who want to go back to school, and Main Streets who are being revitalized by our grants. Those are the folks that our budget is for.

On AYMAN, AFL-CIO President Liz Shuler highlighted why union approval is soaring: Workers are done with being exploited and are embracing unions to demand respect, fair pay, and real protections. It's #BetterInAUnion.

Hardworking construction workers, rising before dawn to build this city, are being targeted just for doing their jobs. Union sites are at risk. Workers are being profiled by appearance. This threatens every worker. Thank you, Ernesto Medrano, Executive Secretary of the LA and Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades, for joining me this morning.

Citizen hurricane relief workers in North Carolina say they are being halted, hindered, or ignored by every organization including FEMA. This is so sad. Pray for these dedicated and brave volunteer workers and victims who Kamala and Joe abandoned.

What sort of cowardly and inhumane attacks doctors and patients lying on stretcher? My heartfelt appreciation for these braveheart doctors who are treating farmers by risking their own well being. But another low for the police, who specifically are zoning in and attacking medical aid workers via drones who are treating farmers with wounds upto 7 inches and bleeding profusely.

Thousands of workers in eastern Congo extract, by hand, strategic minerals such as coltan — essential for the production of phones and other technologies. For those in Rubaya’s mines, who rely on mining for their livelihoods, little has changed over decades of violence.

REVOLUTION TAKING PLACE IN DURBAN It's not only the areas around the beach ,the CBD or suburbs that are being cleaned, it's also the taxi ranks. The once notorious WARWICK AVENUE has undergone a major clean up. Fines are being issued for littering. By laws are being implemented. Most importantly don't be FOOLED, all this is being done by the brilliant and dedicated workers of ETHEKWINI. Nothing is done by MK Party. Just like their leader Jacob Zuma they steal everything even cleaning of streets.
