Today, we kickstarted the intensive software development cohort I earlier talked about. Each of them made a deposit of N2M. The program duration is 9 months after which we get them a guaranteed job. Initially, we planned for 10 persons but had to add 2 extra persons which makes it oversubscribed. However, anyone who drops out of the program after the first 2 weeks will forfeit the deposit but anyone who completes the program successfully with 70% score will get back the 2M with N500k extra bonus and a job. This is a learning model I’m experimenting.
