@AngelaRayner Today we found out that our building owner, who has failed to remediate 8 buildings at our site alone, has applied for planning permission to add a storey to the only building that has been remediated so far. What will you do *exactly* to prioritise our safety?

@AngelaRayner It’s not just about cladding. The department knows this. Grenfell exposed problems with fire safety beyond cladding. So many of the problems due to defects at the time of build. Leaseholders are not content to sign off on just cladding being fixed as so many problems remain.

@AngelaRayner Politely Angela, get on with it then. We were promised action within the First 100 days.

@AngelaRayner Leaseholders are still paying for multiple new fire safety checks and subsequent work to fix the never ending faults that are found. The financial impact is often worse than the fire risk impact. Fix the buildings but stop the costs being passed on please

@AngelaRayner My flats got a "waking watch" a few months ago which, as far as I can tell, is a bunch of students with airhorns sitting down on the ground floor while playing games on their phones.
