This is extremely neat! I haz questions: Is it a loader program in the form of an homebrew (like SWISS), or is this something more involved, like some sort or patched IPL/BIOS? Can I boot this menu from PicoBoot? Where are the game images stored here? SD card serial port?

These are all really good questions. This is a loader like Swiss, as it helps you pick the game you want to play but it is not homebrew, it is a patched version of the BIOS It loads the BIOS directly from the GameCube so it patches at runtime. Yes it is compatible with PicoBoot

This looks really cool! In order to switch from swiss I would need it to pass GameID data about the current game to the MemCard PRO GC so that it can mount the correct virtual memory card - any chance of that being possible?

Yes that should be easy to borrow from Swiss, I'll add the feature to the roadmap

It will eventually work on all of them, GCLoader support coming in the beta I also made a drive replacement called FlippyDrive that is coming out in a few weeks
