That way that leadership wasn't threaded by DEI policies, and would continue to support them, and the DEI advocates could point to the top and shout, "YOU SEE, WHITE MEN CONTROL EVERYTHING!" Well, the OLD white man did, and likely still do. But the young white men were left with NOTHING.

The same pattern is now happening on the British right. Why does Britain have an abundance of young talent but so few under-30s in institutions? The establishment can't articulate a positive vision and provide an appropriate role for young white men in politics and society. This can't go on. Our elders should try to understand and encourage exuberant young right-wingers, rather than ostracise and cancel them.
