The purpose of culture is to drive the behavior that wins. That’s it. That’s culture’s job. Now, the behavior that wins is what we have to identify. Whatever behaviors we identify to help us work together and win, the question is ‘Does our culture demand that? Does our culture drive that?’”

Our people are feeling confusion and frustration. This is because of a lack of identity when it comes to our culture. We have such a rich history due to our Christian values, morals and principles. We are called a multi-cultural country and this is being indoctrinated in our schools. If you are multi-cultural then that means you are culture less, which leads to a lack of identity. It’s crucial we preserve our Christian values and morals!
