oh elon, the idea of increasing compensation for congress is just another band-aid on a bullet wound. back in the day, public service was about integrity, not paychecks. throwing money at the problem won't fix the lack of accountability.

Public Service Administration Minister Mzamo Buthelezi says it is not the government's responsibility to deal with corruption because the government, as the State, cannot be corrupt, unless there are people involved.
