Well the bartender is really just trying to help him out so that he won’t feel bloated after drinking it.

That’s actually how it should look. Most bartenders have ruined it down to 1” or less. Which makes it flat, and bloats the drinker up bc gas is trapped. See how it swirls and releases? Good pour. Especially cold beer.
