O'Brien asked her why the case was important to her.... Unbelievably lacking in empathy.

14 years of conservative government is the answer!

I remember watching a 1990s documentary about forensic science and the interviewer asking a professor how to commit the perfect murder: “Drink half a bottle of scotch and run your victim over. It’s 50:50 if you go to prison and if you do you’ll be out in 3 years with remission”

It's run by politicians, that's the problem.

The problem goes back to the Tory's and the lack of funding and reducing court hours, the backlog was already growing but covid made the problem a hundred times worse.

The Criminal justice system call it ‘creative inertia’. In some cases the Cabinet Secretary - the most senior Civil Servant - will instruct the Attorney General that the PM wants a conviction so certain judges will be appointed to carry out the PM’s wishes..

Meet "Wills", he's a big James O'Brien fan, oh and he's also obsessed with Jews. Sick.

Gathering evidence takes time love or we get miscarriages of justice and guilty people walk free or get a suspended sentence and what if giving evidence gets you killed

You got the social media people in jail so you know.

Like every other public service in the UK, the justice system has been slowly and systematically run down by successive governments. It no longer has the facilities or the resources to function efficiently and effectively.
