The Medical Community has to come out in all 3000+ Counties, admit what they did was wrong and apologize. The County Health Departments must come out and publicly admit they mis managed it and promise to never do it again. I've been to the doctor one time in 10 years and I have no plans to go to a doctor until they admit they violated my trust in them and promise to never do it again. From a patient's point of view, the United States can have the best medical facilities in the world, but if you can't trust who's running them it matters not.
