It was absolutely Rule The World. I was a top 40 DJ for years in the 70s & 80s and playing these hits was something I did for a living. Plus I was a singer and words were my life. There is no chance it was 'Run' the world.

Yeah it was a charity version for some cause back in the 90’s or early 2000’s , sport aid or something like that. The two versions were released separately and exist. This guy is just thick af

It’s Rule on my plays list

I NEVER forget data/information I am exposed to. Look for LP's sold in the 80's for clarity. It was RULE. Lyrics "Welcome to your life there's no turning back Even while we sleep we will find you Acting on your best behaviour Turn your back on mother nature Everybody wants to rule the world It's my own design it's my own remorse Help me to decide help me make the most Of freedom and of pleasure Nothing ever lasts forever Everybody wants to rule the world There's a room where the light won't find you Holding hands while the walls come tumbling down When they do I'll be right behind you So glad we've almost made it so sad they had to fade it Everybody wants to rule the world I can't stand this indecision married with a lack of vision Everybody wants to rule the Say that you'll never never never never need it One headline, why believe it? Everybody wants to rule the world All for freedom and for pleasure Nothing ever lasts forever Everybody wants to rule the world."

The Mandela Effect. It's called depatterning. It is part of psychological warfare/MKUltra. The whole first part of the process was destabilizing a person from trusting their personality, their vision, their common sense, and ultimately their own memories. Once people get to this point they can be programmed. Why do you think they call it tv 'programming'? Why do the big tech bros need so much personal data on you? To custom tailor the digital 'Truman Show' universe you live in, to control your view of reality... THAT is your program. The only problem; if the subjects know the process is happening... what it's doing to their psyche, then it stops having its intended effect. If a lie become obvious it creates 'dissonance'. That dissonance breaks 'the spell'. So, [they] come up with scifi narratives like the "Mandela Effect"... to mask the dissonance as 'something else'. This keeps their brainwashing subjects in the dark, and continuing to take "the programming".

Rule. Minor adjustment to the timeline~

its 100% rule the world. It only bothers you if you doubt yourself

cleary this dude is one of those who don't do research.

It’s still, “Everybody wants to rule the world.” ❤️🎼🎶🎸

It was definitely ruled the world. I was in high school in the 80s. Everybody sang it. We must be on some weird timeline.

Still looks right to me.

It’s RULE the world!!!

It was “Rule”. It’s psychological warfare 101 playbook by the cabal.

There’s different versions of it. I think they did “run” instead of “rule” for a specific charity or something. The song, originall, wasent even supposed to be “rule” or “run”, it was actually “everybody wants to start a war”, but they didn’t go with that for specific reasons.

Oh blimey, the original was rule the world Run the world was a special release for Sport Aid in 1986 to raise more money for the famine in Africa following live aid, but don't ask anybody old enough to actually be there will you

Still is rule. No Mandela Effect. Typo.

“Everybody Wants to Run the World” is a re-recording of the Tears For Fears 1985 hit “Everybody Wants to Rule the World“ The original single was released in March 1985. “Everybody Wants to Run The World” was released in 1986 as the theme song for the Sport Aid campaign with “Everybody Wants To Run The World (Running Version)”

It still is Rule the World..

Strong clickbait game. Don’t like it, don’t respect it. Muted, smart guy.

I looked it up they did a 1986 re-recorded version which was ‘run’ the world but the official single we all know and love was ‘rule’

This was just playing today as I went to clock out. I know it's RULE. It was never run.

They did a different version, 'run the world' for some world charity run. It's not a Mandela effect. Both versions exist. The run the world one was for charity.

@Xanthos20061 It's always been rule the world, I was alive when this came out, this is some fuckery

The words "run the world" were used in a re recording, made for Sport Aid in 1986. I ran in an event for it at school and had a photo with Joan Baptiste (British sprinter) afterwards. I'm the one on the left.

🙏❤️🐸🤣 Google did both options

Now, now- a quick search shows it’s RULE. (Not run) There’s no Mandela Effect Issue.

@LoveIsKey369 And just like that, more retards are born🥹

It is rule the World. Probably a edit by some liberal because they think "rule" is a fascist statement.

@zodysid There are two versions on pandora… i have heard both RUN and RULE. I can confirm there are two versions.

I grew up in the 80s and know this song very well. It's "rule", not run

I just listened to this song recently, Like days ago, and it was still rule the world.

@THEDuaneCates I could sing this song word for word, it was definitely rule.

Songs from the Big Chair (fabulous album) bought in 1980's (I'm that old!!) Everybody wants to Run the World was a remake for 'Sport Aid' in the U.K.

They changed the lyrics for live aid and Run the world x
