"Its just a camera" "Its just a license plate reader" "its just your face" "its just your biometrics" "its just your walking gait" "its just you"

The euphemisms must end

I’ve got so many more ways I’m slicing this data. Tomorrow is going to be flock convoys 👀 I have several other FOIAs out and they’re getting expensive (one city is inclined to charge me $32 grand, though I think that won’t be the final total lol). If you’re so inclined, consider:

Thank you, @scrowder 😂

“White Ram, quad cab” covers about 20% of all the trucks in the country. This will lead to many people being wrongfully detained, searched and/or physically harmed. When you’re a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely If there is no change in trajectory, this will not end well

Agreed. The handful of real crimes that are solved with this technology will pale in comparison to the multitude of crimes perpetrated against innocent people, by law enforcement/government in the process.

This sort of forward thinking is, sadly, beyond many

You know so many male cops are using this to search for women they see in public, but couldn't get their license plate. Just put down some bullshit reason, like narcotics suspicion and now some predator cop can have his fun

At least 22 cases so far. Another one today.

OMFG!

This video is very well put together. Bravo 👏

I think I needed to hear that. I’m getting a little faster at it, but it’s still very time consuming.

I look forward to more.

You da man 🔥 I’m a big fan. Feel free to propagate this video and information as you see fit. Propagate accordingly? 😂

You’re doing really good work on here lately Mags. 🫡

That means a lot coming from you, man. This is one of my hills for sure.

Please explain to me like the child I am why it is a bad thing. Yesterday, two Virginia DOT workers were murdered in a drive by while just doing their job. The vehicle used? No plate. If one of those highway workers was a member of your family, don’t you want the homicide detectives using this to speak for the dead? BTW, the people of Iran currently have way more freedom at this moment than either of those two highway workers.

That’s the strongest version of it and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. If a car with no plate did that, I want them to find it. I’d sign that warrant myself. Problem is nobody has to. There’s no warrant anywhere in this system. Same tool, same access, no paperwork, and that’s not my read on it, that’s what the log says. Which is how you know it isn’t really about the drive-by. In that same Kalamazoo log, the machine got aimed at illegal dumping. Twice. A trespassing call. Five of the 54 searches in that video were training exercises. Guys practicing. If it were locked to homicides I’d be standing next to you on this one. And I’m not saying those two men should go unavenged. I’m saying that catching whoever did it shouldn’t require a permanent searchable file on everybody who didn’t.

Where they are getting the authority to do this without a warrant is from a 9 to 0 US Supreme Court ruling. Those folks couldn’t vote 9 to 0 on what to have for lunch. I have no idea what the requirements are in the state of Michigan. Here in Virginia, if data from a camera (Flock, police in car, etc) is not tied to a case they are working, it is supposed to be destroyed automatically after 30 days. The issue of LEO’s and police Admins illegally using NCIC, credit, camera, authorize, surveillance, and other classified data has been an issue for decades before flock was even a concept let alone a company. Every certified police agency is required to track the access to that classified data. When officers illegally access it for personal or financial reasons, it turns into felonies. That is a protection that is already in place and in place for really good reasons. That isn’t a flock camera issue, that is an issue of dirty cops.

Knotts, 1983. And you’re right, it was 9-0. It was also one beeper, in one drum of chloroform, on one drive. The Court’s reasoning was that an officer could have followed that car with his own eyes, so the beeper didn’t add anything the Fourth Amendment protects. Then the same opinion, same nine votes, said this: if such dragnet type law enforcement practices should eventually occur, there will be time enough then to determine whether different constitutional principles may be applicable. They flagged it themselves. In 1983. I didn’t come up with that argument, they did. Jones in 2012 and Carpenter in 2018 are the Court starting to answer it once the tech got cheap. On Virginia. That 30 day rule is HB 2724. Somebody had to go pass that. It’s a statute, not a feature of the cameras. And it does more than delete - it limits queries to reasonable suspicion of a crime, stolen vehicles, and missing persons, and it makes every agency publish its numbers once a year. Which means some of the searches in that Kalamazoo log would be illegal in your state. Michigan has none of it. Two bills introduced, neither passed. So when you say you don’t know what Michigan requires, the answer is nothing. That’s the point of the video. You just made my ask for me. Last thing, on dirty cops. Nothing in that video was illegal. Every one of those 54 searches came back Allowed. And the audit trail you’re citing as the protection is the exact document I had to FOIA for, after they first told me they don’t keep it in the regular course of business. A protection nobody’s allowed to look at isn’t doing the work you think it’s doing.

search "Nissan Altima with a dent" 😂

I’m not a masochist

That's a lot worse than geofence.

We need to fight this now, or it will be so big we can never escape its clutches ever again.

@redhamburglar They should just search "vehicles blacks often drive" and start arresting them. Then ill support flock.

No matter how good this tech gets it'll never catch pedos and rapists, but if you slip on a curb believe you'll get 200 hrs community service and a 1k fine for public disturbance. Police only exist to create revenue for the state

@Rothmus @WallStreetApes can you verify this?

@Rothmus @WallStreetApes We follow each other. Mr. Apes, sir, if you want verification of any of this, my DMs are open. It’s also publicly in the other videos I’ve made. Lots of screenshots and my phone pointing at the evidence chain on my computer. It’s the real deal.

Time to cut down big brother. This violates our 4th amendment rights.

TYRANNY!!!

Remember the correct terminology! A flock camera is not a license plate reader but an AI DRAGNET if it doesn’t need a plate . A data center is actually a SURVEILLANCE CENTER because that’s where they consolidate and crunch all the data they’ve collected from you without consent.

i think a search warrant should be required before any govt /law enforcement official can even access the data.

This is tyranny disguised as safety.

It's not just 54 infractions of the constitution. It's 10's OF BILLIONS of constitutional violations The number of active plates in the database, not the number of searches. The number of times the STRING DESCRIPTOR was compared, not the number of STRINGS.

The Haitians don’t use plates here. They always have phones and Bluetooth speakers.

They can still be tracked down without an AI dragnet

Yeah, I’m just throwing out some hints in case the feds really do hang out on X…. 👀😂 Psssst, find the Bluetooth speakers… 😉

And now you know what those huge data centers are all about.

Chatrie v. United States (2026) – Geofence Warrants

This is the closest thing we have. Stay tuned I’ll have more on the 4th amendment arc soon.

🙏🇺🇸

@DanteTheDon infuriating

Not some of them All of them

I just discovered a new trick

@RhyminCarly

Don’t do research on large IR enhancers and what it does, if you pointed directly at a camera… Don’t even thank me if you do cause I don’t even know what I am talking about…

It's (not) just...

treason.

So i need to repaint my car every week…

Heinrich Himmler would have carved his right nut off to get that kind of data..
