This is an old video, and its from a bullet that came down. Meaning, someone must've shot up into the air and eventually that bullet must come down.

That bullet took a divine parabola. It was in Miami . A Cuban caught a bullet that some one shot into the air miles away .
It was whoever was standing behind the camera man. The shot came from that direction. My guess is with all the loud karaoke going on. Somebody had a pistol with a suppressor on it, and fired a shot straight into his hand that went into his chest.
Camera man is the sus. First man slow motion shows beam on left shoulder unmoved that same beam appears on each individual that was in direct view of the camera and last before he was pewpew dude was facing towards camera and beam was on heart same location as 1st man shoulder👏🏾
