The son of a Holocaust survivor attending the protest against the proscription of Palestine Action told Novara Media that the demonstration was subject to "political policing". He said his father had been held in various concentration camps in Poland before he was able to come to Britain as a refugee, and that it was "absolutely shameful" that the UK refuses to do the same thing today for those trapped in war zones like Gaza.
