I really, really, really wanted to drop this song last year. When I first put out the snippet, I was so excited - but it was hard to finish it on time because everything was a blur. I was sick and weak and nauseous and tired and my body just wouldn't do what I wanted it to. Even in the snippet video, I wasn't feeling great. I was just trying my best. I adore Chike's voice and I knew it was him that had to be on the song with me. When I asked him to give me a verse, he was so ready to go, but he was out of town. As soon as he came back, he came over to my studio the next day 🥹. I got a lotta respect for him. He didn't know I was pregnant and suffering 😅 Watching this video back now, I can't even understand where the energy came from. When the song was done, I struggled to mix it. Even so, I decided to master it myself. I hate mastering, so I don't know what I thinking. I was so disappointed that I couldn't meet the deadline. Everyone had fallen in love with the song and was asking me to put it out. I didn't have the energy to make content. I don't even remember them recording this video. Given how much I love this song, I'm a little bummed I couldn't give it energy it deserves. But please, know that a lot of love and resilience went into this song. vernon about trainee minghao 🐻‍❄ when hyung first came in as a trainee, he was quite the rebellious type, visually. he had a shaved head and did breakdancing, that's why i found him quite cool back then 🎱 when i first came to korea, i was the closest with vernon 🐻‍❄ i really liked him back then as a trainee because when i was younger, i thought that breakdancing was very cool and i wanted to do it too but my parents didn't let me. then a guy came in actually knowing how to do it, with his head shaved, and it was just my style. since he came from china, we often went to konkuk univ station to eat some food from his hometown. that's when he introduced mala to me and that was even before mala craze took off. it was so unique and i thought that maybe there's a reason why people don't eat mala in korea but it just suddenly took off!

Q: becky, please tell us about preparing yourself for the hyrox competition! 🧚‍♀️: it happened so unexpectedly, actually. i didn't think i'd have time, but as soon as the team was set, i was like, okay, why not? i had seen it trending for a while, so i thought, okay, let's give it a try. but when i actually did it... 1k on the ski erg was not easy at all, and 1k on the rower wasn't easy either, though rowing was easier than skiing. with the ski erg, my arms were aching. everyone would probably say my posture was all wrong! to be honest, i wasn't really good at it, but i wanted to try and push myself with things i'd never done before. training with so many people was fun a totally different vibe and mood. i tried my best with running because running is the most exhausting part for me. i tried to push as hard as i could. rowing was fine, i could manage that, but running and skiing together... because you have to run, then ski, then run again, then row, right? running really takes it out of you, i think. #beckysangels‌

seungjun of onf mentioned #soobin on live 👤 when i requested txt’s soobin to do the challenge, he had some filming so he was really tight on time but he was still like “hyung, i want to do your challenge” so i was really grateful and was like “where are you? i’ll come to you” so i went to hybe for the first time ever and filmed it…and wow it was so high, the ceiling was really high up too 👤 but! when i went there, soobin was sweating as he was practicing 🗣️ when i watched the challenge video, i saw that he looked like he was sweating 👤 i feel like he practiced (the challenge) for about an hour before i came 👤 he did the choreography in such a cool and great way so i’m really thankful to him
