The same fans that didn’t appreciate him when they had him and called him a walk merchant and were celebrating the trade. You don’t deserve him. He is right where he belongs - he loves NY.

I truly believe, if Peter hadn’t passed, he would have re-signed him

Thid video just proves to me that he is taking the biggest offer lol. He looked as happy as could be in SD, but ultimately he wanted out and they knew they couldn’t pay him lol.

Yall are romanticizing 1 swing... We spent 18 months angry at Soto for not stepping up and chasing too many walks and never stepping up in the big moments... ...which is why we choked vs Phillies and missed 2023 playoffs. Id make yankee trade again

I mean if we kept Soto, we probably would have Ray Kerr and Gilapsie with injured Joe, Yu. We could have converted Croney to SP lol

Listen, he's a generational talent and it was awesome we had him. We never were going to compete with him on the team. They chose bogarts, TV deal blew up, still pay Hoz, ect. The money wasn't there to keep him and have a well rounded roster. AJ made our bed

It was always supposed to be like this. This is San Diego. This was priced in from the day Soto put that hat on.

He’s ours

@JuanSoto25_ Don’t fight it, go back home….
