Ugh the Thai trainers at the place I train would losing their shit if anyone sparred like this during "light" sparring. You'd be lucky to get hit with a pool noodle (their preferred low level intervention while they yell "no ego! no ego!" at you).

Guy in blue doesn’t understand it at all

I've seen the guy in the blue shirt compete amateur boxing twice now, this was him taking it easy. Cameras shouldn't be allowed in sparring, someone always turns it up when cameras come out. Also stop wearing shorts with pockets during training

Smh, you went hard first. This problem with small guys sparring big guys, is you think we're industructable punching bag. Your kicks hurt. This sh*t happened to me the other day. Some little f*cker nearly spun my jaw while I was top tapping him.
