That High Court bench ruled exactly as she framed it. 🫆Now the hard questions: → Will she recuse herself from picking the Court of Appeal bench? → When this lands in the Supreme Court, will she hand over to her Deputy? 🫆This is a prima facie conflict of interest. Justice must not only be done — it must be seen to be done. The CJ cannot be both commentator AND bench-picker in the same matter. That’s not justice. That’s choreography.

I highly doubt the leader of the PA , Minidter Gayton McKenzie would take a chance and name Deputy President of the party Kenny Kunene as mayoral candidate for City of Johannesburg if he was not 100% sure of an independent report done by one of the top law firms in the country. It will destroy the party completely. I believe the report. Certain so called legal pundits, could not find any criticism on the report, they could have said well done instead said oh the report is only a 20 min read. Like literally made up something negative . Good luck Kenny Kunene on your mayoral candidacy. You might not win, no party will win, THE PA WILL BE THE KINGMAKERS. EFF is finished. ActionSA will be an Al jamah. Type. MK in COJ will not be a fa tor. Without your numbers the ANC or Da will not be able to form a government.
