"It would be okay, still bearable, still objectionable, but bearable if the only thing Palantir did was have access to our health data. The problem is that they also happened to sell AI military targeting software to the military for running wars. So in Gaza, while Netanyahu was engaged...

Former medical coder/whistleblower: "Palantir has program[s] called Tiberius & Gotham...used in healthcare &...these programs in Gaza called Where's Daddy and Lavender...used for drone assassinations; all they have to do is [change] those program names...& its the same program" Former medical coder, whistleblower, and author Zowe Smith (Sheldon Diedericks) describes for Ryan Cristián (The Last American Vagabond) how Palantir—a software company founded with seed funding from the CIA’s venture capital firm In-Q-Tel that builds data analytics platforms to help organizations process and interpret large, complex datasets for decision-making—has software programs that are, in essence, dual-use for tracking hospital patients' personal information and selecting targets for annihilation in places like Gaza. Note that Palantir was instrumental for the execution of Operation Warp Speed per the endeavor's COO, Army General Gus Perna (see tweet 2). ----------------Partial transcription of clip-------------- "I know for sure Palantir, Epic, 3M, which are programs that I use personally in multiple hospital systems. They're used all throughout the country, are directly partnered with Palantir, for two different programs. There's a program called Foundry and there's a program called I forget the other. There were ones used for Operation Warp Speed that I don't know if, if they were used like directly in hospitals, but they had to be fed into that program, per, per Medicare rules. And that was, I think, Tiberius. "One thing I wanted to bring up too is so Epic and Palantir are partnered and I believe they use the same platform for their programs. So, late. This comes in part two, when I start talking about the drones that Palantir is also involved in, and they're using right now in Gaza, based on AI and facial recognition and your medical record data and your genomic information. So they're using all of that to target people. "And the way that Epic works is they have multiple programs, that are in like their, their main program. So like they'll have different suites and from different hospitals, they change the name. So it might not even be called Epic at a different hospital. So later on in part two, when I talk about how Palantir has these healthcare programs that were Operation Warp Speed, that was Gotham and Tiberius, well, all they have to do is change the name of that program and it's the same program. It does the same thing. They just change the name for like a different institution and they kind of personalize it a little bit for their personal use, but it does the same functions basically for different clients. "So I would put all my money in the basket that says Palantir uses that same trick. So when I say Palantir has a program called Tiberius and Gotham that's used in healthcare and then I say that Palantir also has these programs in Gaza, or we think Palantir has these programs in Gaza called, Where's Daddy and Lavender that are being used for drone assassinations. All they have to do is take those program names Tiberius and Gotham and change them to Where's Daddy and Lavender? And it's the same program right?"

NEW: Joe Lonsdale sets the record straight on Palantir: "What Palantir is doing is bringing two things: One, it's bringing competence ...Two, it's bringing a framework of civil liberties where we watch the watchers... I don't trust government... but I do want government to be competent enough to keep our nation safe and to defeat our adversaries and to stop wasting money." Will Cain: There is some concern Palantir is playing a large role in the security, state, foreign affairs and surveillance in America. And I think there's a fair amount of concern, maybe even some skepticism from some who would share other political points of view with you about the role of Palantir. What would you tell them about surveillance and this private company? Joe Lonsdale: So Palantir, first of all, it's doubling in the commercial markets...So it's a bigger commercial company for a lot of its value. It's not just a government company. When we did start to work in the government, you have to see what was there before. There are no audit trails in the watchers. They're abusing data. They were using it incompetently. What Palantir is doing is bringing two things: One, it's bringing competence to do these things well. And then two, it's bringing a framework of civil liberties where we watch the watchers and everyone around them can see what they've done. They can't hide their work. Because I don't trust government. I'm a civil libertarian, but I do want government to be competent enough to keep our nation safe and to defeat our adversaries and to stop wasting money. Will: We're all concerned about government and government oversight, but we also want to guard against a company that has too much power. So how do we ensure that with for example, a company like Palantir, is that through trusting someone like you or Peter Thiel? Is it the trust of your dedication to civil liberties? Joe: So I founded Palantir, but I'm not in charge of that anymore. Other people are in charge; people I admire. What I would say is Palantir is empowering our government leaders. So Palantir itself doesn't take in data to Palantir. Palantir itself doesn't make these decisions. What Palantir does is it lets the people running ICE, the people running the FBI, the people running the Department of War do things more efficiently. And it's up to them to be in charge. It's up to the president himself to be in charge. That's who we have to trust. via Will Cain & The Will Cain Show $PLTR #PLTR

This is what EVERYONE should be talking about “Donald Trump's Big Beautiful bill contains a clause that bars all 50 states from regulating AI for the next decade. Now, the Trump administration just granted Palantir Technologies significant contracts to develop a federal state platform. Powered by its AI Driven Foundry software, the platform consolidates sensitive personal data from irs, Social Security Administration, immigration services and other agencies to streamline service and decision making. The company was founded by Alex Karp and Peter thiel of the PayPal mafia, and a significant portion of the company is currently owned by BlackRock. The surveillance state was inevitable regardless who became president. Oh, and it gets better. This announcement follows Elon's resignation from DOGE, which managed to cut less than $100 billion in wasteful spending. Numerous Doge employees not only worked for Palantir, but they lobbied on behalf of them, raising questions about whether DOGE's initial purpose was to access classified data while creating the illusion of bureaucratic reform in trillions in savings, which again actually came out to around $6 trillion estimated. In reality, this may have been an effort to expand the surveillance state and provide Palantir with backdoor access. So how about that for your golden age? The only members of Congress to speak out against this were Thomas Massie and Marjorie Taylor Greene. — So all members of Congress, including the Republican Party, have failed us here.” Alex Karp, CEO of Palantir, says his software was solely responsible for defeating the far right in Europe

🔥HYPER-CRUCIAL INSIGHT🔥 "Fauci was not in charge...He was the public relations face of the policy...The government entity that was in charge of the COVID policy was the National Security Council...and now they're applying the biodefense framework to the entire world." (1/5) Debbie Lerman, a 2023 Brownstone (Brownstone Institute) Fellow and retired science writer, describes for FLCCC (Independent Medical Alliance) Senior Fellow Dr. Kat Lindley (Dr. Kat Lindley) how former NIAID head Anthony Fauci **was not in any way in charge of COVID policy.** Instead, Lerman notes that the National Security Council was in charge of COVID policy. While Lerman notes that Fauci is indeed "a terrible person" who should be "on trial," she says that "that's [not] where we should be focusing all of our attention." "The biodefense global public–partnership includes all of the public health agencies and stuff on a national level, but they're not the ones who are in charge," Lerman says. "So they're the ones who are just enacting the policy, and that's where everybody has to be really, really clear: Fauci was not in charge. Please get that out of your mind. We can prosecute him. We can blame him for a lot of things. [But] he didn't make the policy. He didn't come up with the policy, and he didn't enforce the policy. He was the public relations face of the policy. He's a terrible person. [And I] would be happy if he were on trial, but I don't think that's where we should be focusing all of our attention." Lerman goes on to discuss Deborah Birx, who was also on the COVID "Task Force." "Deborah Birx...she came [in as] the representative of the national security state...[And] what I discovered through my research is that the government entity that was in charge of the COVID policy was the National Security Council." "And so I just went where my research took me, and, unfortunately, that's where it took me," Lerman adds. "And so I had to go there. And so the National Security Council is defined as the leaders of the military and intelligence arms of government that are advising the President on national security. That's the definition. Now that was the definition before COVID. They changed it. So you have to look at the Wayback Machine to find that definition." Lerman goes on to say: "Now the way they define it is, yes, it's the intelligence and military, but...it's also pandemics, disasters—anything that requires national coordination now is going to be coordinated through the National Security Council. That's scary because...they have expanded the definition of what the National Security Council is supposed to do, and in doing that, they've incorporated public health into what they call a biosecurity framework...[and] the one that they came up with is based on a biodefense response to outbreaks, which is lockdown until vaccine. "What that was supposed to be for, it was supposed to be for when there was an anthrax attack, let's say, on a subway system in a big city—you could lock down that city, make sure that it didn't spread further, get rushed treatment to the people in the affected area. It would be a very limited geographic and temporal event...So, like, they would rush the countermeasures. They had EUA, which is emergency use authorization, which in that situation was important because you rush the treatment to the people in that area even if you don't know that it's definitely going to be effective. It's such a big emergency, biowarfare, bioterrorism—you gotta rush it to the people. There might be some collateral damage. We're in a military situation here. Right? So in a military situation, collateral damage is a whole different consideration than in a civilian framework of public health. "So the civilian framework of public health disappeared. It just got swallowed up by the biodefense framework. And now they're applying the biodefense framework to the entire world, which is a utterly and completely counter to medicine science and public health."
