I just love CEC Gyanesh Kumar Ji. Perfect man to deal with Political Goons. "GET OUT"😂😂 CEC literally threw out TMC Delegation from his office in just 7 minutes😂 What happened👇 ~4-member TMC delegation led by loudmouth Derek O’Brien, reached Election Commission of India office with regular R_Rona. ~Instead of discussions, reportedly Derek O’Brien started screaming at CEC & at one moment told CEC 'Not to Speak' Bhai, office CEC ka. Aaye tum log ho. And you scream at CEC as if you own the place? Supreme Court is finally hearing petitions challenging the law on appointment of election commissioners. The matter has been pending in the SC since January 2024. In the meantime, current CEC, Gyanesh Kumar, and 2 Election Commmioners were appointed. After the Constitution bench judgment in the Anoop Baranwal case in 2023, the BJP govt had brought the law to replace the CJI with a cabinet minister on the selection panel for appointing Election Commissioners. With a 2:1 majority, the law empowers the ruling party to select candidates of its choice as Chief & commissioners of the ECI. Hope the SC upholds the letter and spirit of its landmark 2023 judgment.

We cannot understand the logic behind deploying such an infamous “encounter specialist.” If he is so capable, send him to Manipur.
