On a moral level I’m opposed to the forcible displacement of Palestinians from Gaza, although voluntarily emigration seems reasonable The flip-side of this is that no one seems to have any real and workable alternative to what is supposed to happen in Gaza, other than just throwing up our hands and leaving Hamas in power. Doing that would be FAR worse, morally speaking—inevitably leading to more horrific oppression of Gazans & future rounds of war with Israel
