⭐️: Did I enjoy our hoobae/Xikers’ concert? Oh yes, it was really so much fun! Ah, actually… I’ve been feeling a lot of things lately. Like.. I’ve actually been taking a break from working out. Of course, I did work out today but after the concert (tour) ended and after finishing the Cosmopolitan photoshoot and advertisement, and seeing that some of the things we’ve been preparing for are finally done… I’ve been working hard on my schedules, we have schedules almost every day… but like doing my best on stage every day and filming content diligently, I did that. But when I thought about it, I realized I haven’t really been doing anything on my own for personal development… Actually, it hasn’t even been a week? since I stopped doing that but I’ve been so caught up in everything that suddenly taking breaks made me reflect a little like… how should I put it into words? When I think about it, did I really give my best when preparing for things? Have I been a little too lenient with myself lately? And when I watched the kids’ (Xikers) concert, it made me think a lot about the past. I remember when we first went on the Fellowship Tour, after releasing two albums, we went to America not knowing much and we worked hard on stage. We were total rookies. We only had two or three? outfits that we had performed on music shows wearing. And thinking about that… I watched my entire gallery from start to finish and I realized I’ve really done a lot. I thought, “Wow, I really ran without resting.” But while watching I also wondered, “Did I really give my best?” Lately, I’ve been thinking, “Am I really putting in the effort like I did back then?” And also.. when doing this job, well not just this job but things in general, you know… “I put in 100% of effort, but the result was only 20%, meanwhile someone next to me only put in 20% effort, but their result was 100%.” When stuff like that happens it can be really easy to feel disillusioned right? I think it’s a concern everyone has, not just me. It feels like my efforts are being denied and because of that I start doubting myself and those kinds of thoughts come to mind. But then as I keep thinking like this, I realize that if I only put in a 20% effort and the result was 100%, I’d feel really embarrassed. Because, just like I’ve been thinking lately, I’d ask myself, “Did I really give my best? Did I put everything I had into it?” It’s always been like this (with this mentality) but recently, over the past week, I’ve just been going through my schedules without working out and I thought I was living a busy and beautiful life, but now I feel like I didn’t do enough. Still, if I put in a 100% effort and the result was 20%, I think I would feel proud rather than disappointed, I wouldn’t have any regrets. So these days I’ve been thinking that I should live in a way that I won’t be ashamed of myself. When I look in the mirror I want to feel proud, even if my efforts only amount to a 20%. Even if the outcome is only 20% if I know I’ve done my best for myself, for TINYs and for the members, then that result would be something I would not be ashamed of and I would still feel like it’s a good result. That's what I've been thinking these days. #SEONGHWA #성화

Caller: “Because i have two kids for two different men, my now boyfriend wouldn’t marry me until we get a prenup” Caller: My boyfriend wants to get married but he’s insisting on a prenup. He has about $2 million and I feel like he’s planning for divorce, not marriage. It makes me feel unsafe. George: How did he present it? Caller: He called me ungrateful for hesitating, saying he’s doing me a favor by marrying me and my two kids. Rachel: That’s a red flag right there. The tone matters more than the prenup itself. George: A prenup is a tool. But the way he’s using it, as a weapon to keep his money separate and call you ungrateful, that’s about control, not protection. Rachel: Here’s what I want you to understand. After marriage, does he plan to share life with you, or does he plan to keep “his” money separate from “yours”? Caller: I don’t know. He hasn’t been clear about that. Rachel: That’s the real conversation. Ask him directly, after we’re married, is it “our” money or “his” money? Because if he’s keeping it separate in his mind, a prenup is just the beginning of a very divided marriage. George: And Beth, you should not feel pressured to sign anything you’re uncomfortable with. If he breaks up with you over this, that might actually be a bullet dodged. Dave: Don’t let guilt or fear push you into a decision. Get clarity on how he actually views marriage and partnership. If his answer doesn’t align with yours, walk away.

David Cronenberg on why "The Brood" (1979) was his version of "Kramer vs. Kramer" (1979): "Samantha Eggar really understood 'The Brood' (1979); she said that it reminded her of her own childhood. To me that meant she was seeing past the horror fantasy elements to the psychological elements, which were really the basic underpinning of the movie. I’ve said this ad nauseam, but 'The Brood' was my version of 'Kramer Vs Kramer' (1979). I was really trying to get to the reality, with a capital R, which is why I have disdain for Kramer. I think it’s false, fake, candy. There are unbelievable, ridiculous moments in it that to me are emotionally completely false, if you’ve ever gone through anything like that. 'The Brood' got to the real nightmare, horrific, unbelievable inner life of that situation. I’m not being facetious when I say I think it’s more realistic, even more naturalistic, than Kramer. I felt that bad. It was that horrible, that damaging. That’s why it had to be made then; it wanted to be made full blast. Getting philosophical and mellow, you make another movie. The reality needed to be expressed in what, if you’re a critic, are symbolic terms. I can’t remember if I tried a more obviously naturalistic version of it, but that wouldn’t have satisfied me. It wouldn’t have been cathartic enough. 'Kramer Vs Kramer' also had a kind of happy ending. Not my version of that situation." (Cronenberg on Cronenberg', 1992) "'The Brood' was ‘my version of Kramer vs. Kramer’, which was a movie about a divorce with a child involved, a Hollywood version of that situation with Meryl Streep and Dustin Hoffman, that was very popular then. I thought 'Kramer vs Kramer' was the most false, sentimental, bullsh!t movie ever — and people were loving it, you know. That also made me realise, in a very forceful way, that you could make a movie that had people weeping and crying and very emotional but which was a complete lie — and that it would sell, and I didn’t ever want to do that." ("David Cronenberg: Interviews with Serge Grünberg", 1992) P.S: "Kramer vs. Kramer" was only released in December, 1979. I believe Cronenberg might be confusing reading the 'Kramer vs. Kramer' novel with watching the movie before making 'The Brood'. The quote doesn't make sense in some parts. On this day, 47 years ago, "The Brood" (1979) premiered in Chicago, Illinois.

We are open :) Praana Cat Rehabilitation and Adoption centre. (Near yelchenhalli metro station) Our 24/7 helpline number : 91088 19998 When I was 11 years old, I met my first love, an indie pup, Gunda. Gunda is my Praana. A couple of years ago my lil Gunda became a star in the sky, I couldn’t kiss him, or hug him or feed him anymore, he left a hole in my heart that I couldn’t fill. That’s when I made a promise to him that I was going to love, feed and look after all the animals around me. I realised, that not only did I see him in every animal that I loved, but i felt his love from every animal that I helped. This love i received helped fill the hole in my heart, it has helped my heart feel complete again, and helps my heart grow with every animal I help. But I wanted more... so, I had to give more… which is why I started the Praana Animal Foundation. :) Today, we launch The Praana Rehabilitation and Adoption Centre for cats. The first structure I have ever physically built. I want to thank every person and animal that helped us to achieve this milestone. I can’t tell if I’m crying or smiling, my heart is full, I hope you are happy, my Gunda. This, of course, wouldn’t have been possible without help from Tekion , thanks for believing in Praana and believing that we can make a better world for all animals. Your collaboration, love and investment is why we are here today. 🤍 Thank you #Gunda #Kumbha #Layla for everything 😘

Kaitlan Collins can’t hide her frustration on air as Republican congressman dismantles her narrative about ICE being responsible for the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. She came armed with emotions. He came armed with the one fact CNN hasn’t wanted to talk about: COLLINS: “On Alex Pretti and Renee Good… ICE shouldn’t have been in the situation, certainly with Alex Pretti, where he wasn’t touching his weapon. I mean, you can watch the video. He’s down on the ground, and they’re still firing.” MIKE LAWLER: “No, no, you’re missing the point.” COLLINS: “[Visibly annoyed] No, I’m not missing the point.” LAWLER: “And it’s the same point I made in my remarks, which is that everybody should be equally outraged. You should be equally outraged at the deaths of Alex Pretti and Renee Good and Sheridan Gorman and Laken Riley and everyone else who has been killed by an illegal immigrant.” “ALL OF IT WAS PREVENTABLE.” “And the bottom line is, by the way, if we didn’t have 11 plus million people illegally enter our country, you wouldn’t have needed a surge in ICE agents. You wouldn’t need to be going into sanctuary cities if they would actually cooperate. In New York, Kathy Hochul literally just signed a law banning every local law enforcement agency from cooperating.” [Collins tries to interrupt] “That is unacceptable, and that is why we’re dealing with these situations.” COLLINS: [Moves on] “My point was simply about what you had just said about—about their deaths. But can I also ask you…” LAWLER: “They were preventable.”

#donghae 🐯: Seriously, when this album comes out you’ll be really surprised. Don’t call me a puppy anymore, call me a tiger now. A tiger. I’ve changed. I’m a tiger now. You can’t change it anymore, I’m a tiger. Do you have any other questions? Tell me what you’re curious about and I’ll try to tell you as much as I can. Concert? How many songs will there be? There are a lot of songs. Enough songs to fully do a concert. Ticketing? When would you like ticketing to be? Weekend? Ticketing will probably happen soon. Music shows? If I don’t do music shows, you guys will complain, right? Right? You won’t swear at me, but you’ll say something, right? The dress code isn’t decided yet. Of course I should do music shows. But if you don’t come watch, then there’s no point. If you guys won’t come, I won’t do music shows. I’ll just practice for the concert instead. Album? Last time Teuk talked about it… It will come out faster than that. After Super Show and the encore ends, the album will come out pretty quickly. The dress code hasn’t been decided yet, but I’ll tell you later. The concert theme will also be revealed later. How many self-composed songs do you think I did? Of course I’ll dance at the concert. But the venue is KBS Arena, and apparently there are some complicated things about it. You’ll understand when the ticket information comes out. Music show time? I don’t know yet. Ah, it would be nice if there were plush doll goods. I’ll talk about that soon. Let’s guess. What kind of song do you think the new song will be? What style do you think it is? If you compare it to D&E album songs, which one do you think it’s similar to? Everything you’re writing right now, they’re all in my album. But upgraded versions. Seriously, if you listen from track 1 you’ll think: “Is this the title track?” Then track 2: “Wait… is THIS the title track?” Then track 3: “What? Why are there so many songs that feel like title tracks?” Standing seats? No, absolutely not. Your legs are precious. Watch comfortably while sitting. Fan sign? Should I do it or not? If you don’t want it, I won’t do it. If you want it, I will. I always say this: If you want something, I’ll do it. If you don’t want it, I won’t. I told you this is my first album, my last album. Because I’m going to tell you the story of my album history. When I made my first album, there were many things I wanted to say. Anyway, I have a lot to say after this album comes out. And soon there will also be a very fun event. You can look forward to that. It’s going to be really, really fun. My back hurts. There probably won’t be a showcase, but I’m thinking about doing something different instead. Why do you keep wanting to see my abs? What are you going to do after seeing them? You should make your own abs. You can’t even touch these, so what’s the point of seeing them? My abs are precious, only I should see them. Why am I wearing a hat? I played dodgeball today and my hair is oily. I’ll film a vlog about the new company soon and show it to you. 800 selfies? No way. Absolutely impossible. Sorry. Even if I took 800 selfies, you’d just give them away or sell them on Twitter for 0.5 or 1.0 anyway. You think I don’t see it? I see everything. The Haru cup will be released. It’ll probably come out soon, maybe this Saturday. I’ll do one tomorrow night, and on Saturday and on Sunday after the performance too. The album jacket photos turned out amazing. Maybe the dress code should be shirts that show abs. The weather will be nice in May anyway. Then I’ll wear that as my stage outfit too. We’ll all meet like that. My beautiful flowers, sleep well. Let’s meet tomorrow. Even talking like this for a little while feels nice. Good night, everyone. Tomorrow I’ll do the live without a hat. You all make abs too. Maybe that should be the dress code. Alright. Sleep well. I’ll go wash up and sleep too. What? It’s already 11:30? I thought it was 10:30. Good night everyone.

I've improved the NotebookLM script on my news site: The pattern? Have my AI agent grab all posts from the AI community here on X via the X API. About 30,000 every day. Costs about $150 a day. This is why lists on X are so important (I have the most complete lists of the tech community here on X by far, and they are all public so you can build your own systems like this). Then my AI agent, built by Brayden Levangie and me, analyzes all of them, builds the website above, and it writes a script for NotebookLM, which largely is the same as the essay you see on the top of that page. At the bottom of the page is a "copy script" button for NotebookLM users. You can copy the script, paste it into NotebookLM, which then can build you a podcast (which I like a lot better than the videos it generates, which I include here from today's script). It updates three times a day, around 8 a.m., noon, and 6 p.m. If major news is breaking I update it more often. Why do I call this a pattern? Because you'll see this pattern used a lot more to build personalized news systems. Next on the priority list? Get my newsletter to work and send out to the thousands who have subscribed (thank you for being patient). Unfortunately beehiiv 🐝 hasn't turned on automatic posting yet, so am looking at other email systems that can be automated, like Resend. Eventually I want to turn this into an automatically generated news show with HeyGen. Thanks for putting up with my agent that has been spitting out bad links lately, Brayden and I have been working on that behind the scenes to make the system more reliable. What do you think about the news site? I built it because it is just impossible for anyone to read the 30,000 posts a day that the AI industry generates here on X. Hope it helps you keep up with the models, papers, robots, company news, events, and more that everyone posts here, but that X itself has made it hard to find due to an inferior search system and an algorithm that only brings a certain kind of post to your ForYou feed, which hides a TON of interesting stuff being shared here. My lists at are getting a LOT more complete and better, been working hard on those and watch them all day long because the quality of the lists (and completeness) makes this whole pattern better.

Trump: I think it’s very sad, actually. I’m surprised that it wasn’t—you know—the public wasn’t notified a long time ago, because to get to stage 9, that’s a long time. I just had my physical. You saw that. You saw the results of that particular test. I think that test is standard to pretty much anybody getting a physical—a good physical. We had the doctors at the White House and over at Walter Reed, which is a fantastic hospital, do it. I did a very complete physical, including a cognitive test. I’m proud to announce I aced it. I got them all right. You proud of me? Your husband would be proud of me for getting them all right. It’s a little risk. If I didn’t get them all right, these people would be after me. It would be not a good situation. But I think, frankly, anybody running for president should take a cognitive test. They say it’s unconstitutional, but I would say in that particular case, having a cognitive test wouldn’t be so bad. But when you take tests—medical, as a male—that test is very standard. I don’t know if it’s given to everybody, but it’s given just about. And it takes a long time to get to that situation… to get to a stage 9. I think that if you take a look, it’s the same doctor that said that Joe was cognitively fine, there was nothing wrong with him. If it’s the same doctor, he said there was nothing wrong there. That’s been proven to be a sad situation. And the autopen is becoming a very big deal. You know, the autopen is becoming a big deal because it seems that maybe it was the president—whoever operated the autopen. But when they say that was not good, they also—you have to look and you have to say that the test was not so good either. In other words, there are things going on that the public wasn’t informed [about], and I think somebody is going to have to speak to his doctor—if it’s the same or even if it’s two separate doctors. Why wasn’t the cognitive ability—why wasn’t that discussed? And I think the doctor said he’s just fine, and it’s turned out that’s not so. It’s very dangerous… this is dangerous for our country. Look at the mess we are in. You talk about all these questions on Ukraine and Russia. That would’ve never happened, as an example, if I were president. It would’ve never happened. The other thing—you have to say: Why did it take so long? I mean, this takes a long time. It can take years to get to this level of danger. It’s a very, very sad situation. I feel very badly about it. And I think people should try and find out what happened. Because I’ll tell you, I don’t know if it had anything to do with the hospital. Walter Reed is really good. They’re some of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I don’t even know if they were involved. But a doctor was involved in each case. Maybe it was the same doctor. And somebody is not telling the facts. That’s a big problem.
