#iThongaMzansi - Analysis…👀 I think this scene perfectly explains what iThonga means. The little sister asks why they are not mourning Banele’s death, and the explanation given is that Banele isn’t truly dead because his spirit lives on through Sanele. According to my research , iThonga refers to someone... who is believed to be dead but continues to exist in the world of the ancestors. This means Banele is still “alive” through Sanele and will only be completely dead when his twin brother, Sanele, also passes away. For me, this suggests that Banele has a hold over his brother, influencing his actions. Many of the things Sanele does ,especially those that seem out of character will likely be driven by Banele acting through him. As a result, Sanele will have both a good side and a darker, more dangerous side. I believe his eventual involvement in the construction business will bring out both of these sides. There’s also something about Zama, but I won’t reveal it now, it’s a huge spoiler! 🤭show more

A lot of buzz about Blaire White today, and my initial reaction was what Jesus says: "There will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance." - Luke 15:7 Totally justified to be skeptical in today's day and age where so many people grift off the Christian faith, but I still believe our initial reaction should be like the prodigal son's father, not the prodigal brother who was jealous of the father welcoming the rebellious son back home. We should be joyous whenever someone who was lost is now found, dead but now alive. But as you can see in this clip from his video, Blaire does not believe that he needs to detransition. He believes in the Gnostic heresy that the body and soul are separate, and he believes the core story of Jesus is that "He transcended flesh". He also rejects the necessity of going to church, affirms progressive Christian soteriology that there are different ways to God, and espouses a litany of other falsehoods in his video. Change and sanctification takes time. I've seen the power of Christ change the worst of people, I will always give people the benefit of the doubt in the beginning. Especially because I know how wretched I am and how Christ saved a sinner like me, and still to this day, I stumble and struggle with sin. But the end of the day, we will know them by their fruits. If his conversion is genuine, he will abandon his false gender identity and embrace his God-given design as a man. Let’s pray that he turns from his ways, he gets discipled by genuine believers, and gets plugged into a church that will preach the unadulterated truth.

Because I believe that before the results will be brought to the court, it must have gone through so many checks and re-checks. Mr Denis was frustrated for years because of child support only to find out that the child wasn’t his. That’s horrible 💔💔

I wanted to weigh in on this recent trend of people running into Scientology buildings, causing chaos, and posting the videos on social media. Whether these people are doing it for social media clout or to genuinely expose the abuses of Scientology, what they are doing is unhelpful, and by engaging in these actions, they are unwittingly helping Scientology. I want as many people as possible talking about the dangers and criminality of Scientology. But I spent decades on the other side of this, and if I had been confronted by people running through Scientology buildings and harassing me or staff, it would have pushed me further into Scientology. That is because Scientologists are deeply indoctrinated and radicalized and believe they are helping people. They have been brainwashed over many years into believing the outside world is filled with chaos and criminality, and that their mission, one they believe they are on through countless lifetimes, is to help eradicate this chaos. If someone is brainwashed for years into believing the outside world is filled with dangerous lunatics who wish to impede Scientology, a group of people running through a Scientology building is only going to confirm that belief and lead them to dedicate themselves even more to the cause they believe in. Mike Rinder and I discussed this on our podcast Fair Game: Scientologists, in particular Scientology Sea Org members, have a level of dedication and radicalization to Scientology that surpasses that of a jihadist terrorist. Running through a building is not going to break that or lead them to reconsider what they’ve given up their entire lives for. I also want to note that any Scientology building that someone is allowed to easily enter from the street is not a building where someone like David Miscavige or any senior Scientology executive is going to be. People at that level of Scientology’s criminal leadership will be behind gates and many layers of security. Please focus on exposing the dangers of Scientology, not making a spectacle out of it.

This is one of my favorite memories from one of my Presidential Primary Debates with Joe Biden. And ultimately I do indeed agree with my mom's general point: There is so much mocking, meanness and hate; too many who resort to demeaning, debasing and degrading others. What I will always love about Joe Biden is his deep sense of humility and generosity of spirit; his true caring for others; his willingness to listen and try to understand. He has shown me over and over that he is just a truly good human being I'm proud of the things that President Biden has done for the American people. I will be honored to campaign and stand up for him between now and November. I will have much to discuss about his accomplishments. But I know I will inevitably talk about his true heart. Despite difficulties and challenges, despite the inevitable imperfections in all who step forward to lead, he has show a master class in human decency.

This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret. So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options. I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.

I upset the Orthobros on here when I posted that the Wilsons aren’t Christian. They said “how dare you declare whether or not someone is a Christian!” Here is my response (watch til the end for the most ironic part of all of this): Scripture itself tells us that it is OBVIOUS who is saved and that we can discern who is and who is not a child of God. “By this the children of God and the children of the devil are OBVIOUS: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother and sister.” 1 John 3:10 Yes, Christians will still continue to sin, as Romans 7 tell us. Sanctification is certainly messy, there’s no denying that. But someone who has been supernaturally made new by the Holy Spirit will have a real heart change. Regeneration is not an inconsequential experience. It will be obvious to people. The supernatural work of the Holy Spirit is a powerful one. Someone who is made a child of God will bear the family resemblance. No one can be born again and continue to comfortably stay in the mud with the pigs. They might occasionally still fall into the mud, they might still have dirt on their clothes even after they get up, but they will hate it when they do and will live in a humble manner before God crying “have mercy on me, a sinner.” They will pursue righteousness and have a deep deep love for others. And when they are confronted about their sin by others, they repent. So yes, we can look at someone living in a hateful unrighteous arrogant manner for years on end, even after being confronted about it, and determine that they are not of the Lord.

But it's inhumane and it's really lacking empathy. And the dead person is dead and can't hear you and can't read your posts, but his family, his sister who he adopted when he was 13 because both of their parents died is alive and is hearing it. And so I think that for the benefit, for humanity, for having, you know, a normal decency towards the family of the dead, that just has to stop. The fact that Donald Trump is indecent doesn't mean the rest of us have to do it.

President Zelenskyy: The Russian war machine will only stop when it runs out of fuel. And Putin will begin to stop it himself when he truly feels that the resources for war are running out. That is why it is so important to have strong responses to every challenge. Russia must come to believe that America, Europe, and the West as a whole will not allow Russia to wage war. It cannot be achieved through persuasion of Russia alone, through dialogue alone. There must be truly strong pressure so that, instead of aiming to occupy Ukraine or any other country, Putin's goal would be to preserve his economy, his system, to preserve what is his - that for the sake of which he has existed all these years.

🚨 Bombshell announcement! 🚨 I’ve had to keep this to myself for the last couple of weeks, and it has been incredibly difficult. But we can finally announce it publicly… The Austin Metcalf Foundation is officially live! I am so proud of Jeff. In the face of an unimaginable tragedy, he has found a way to turn grief into purpose. Austin’s legacy will continue to live on through this foundation, and I couldn’t be more honored to be a part of that journey. I also promise this: I will keep Austin’s name alive for as long as I breathe. We will continue telling Austin’s story so that he is never forgotten. 📖 A book is also in the works! We’re still working through the logistics and determining the best way to tell this story, but it is happening. I’m also incredibly excited for Bruce. It was only fitting that he be asked to serve on the board, and I know he’ll help make a real difference.
